Essay ko chor kar har subject me 3-3 part hain

To 8.2÷3 = 3 din se bhi kam

1 part ko khatm karne ke liye 3 din bhi nahi hai aapke pass.

Aise me abhi 1-2 din result - result karne me time waste karna hai ya padhai karke syllabus ka koi bada portion khatam karna hai - choice is yours.

🔹 उद्देश्य

• अवैध धर्मांतरण (conversion) को रोकना

• इसे संज्ञेय और गैर-जमानती अपराध बनाना

🔹 अवैध धर्मांतरण किन तरीकों से माना जाएगा

• प्रलोभन (Allurement)
पैसा, नौकरी, मुफ्त शिक्षा/स्वास्थ्य, विवाह का वादा, बेहतर जीवन का लालच

• प्रपीड़न / बल (Coercion)
मानसिक दबाव, डर या जबरदस्ती

• कपटपूर्ण तरीके (Fraud)
झूठी/भ्रामक बातें या डिजिटल माध्यम से प्रभावित करना

🔹 दंड (सजा और जुर्माना)

• सामान्य मामला: 7–10 साल जेल + ₹5 लाख जुर्माना

• विशेष श्रेणी (महिला, नाबालिग, SC/ST, दिव्यांग): 10–20 साल जेल + ₹10 लाख

• सामूहिक धर्मांतरण: 10 साल से आजीवन कारावास + ₹25 लाख

• विदेशी फंडिंग से धर्मांतरण: 10–20 साल जेल + ₹20 लाख

• मानव तस्करी/बल से धर्मांतरण: 10–20 साल जेल + ₹30 लाख

📌 नकल/गड़बड़ी पर सजा: 3–10 साल की जेल + ₹10 लाख तक जुर्माना

📌 व्हिसलब्लोअर सुरक्षा: सूचना देने वालों की पहचान गोपनीय रहेगी

📌 नकल करते पकड़े जाने पर:
• रिजल्ट रोका जाएगा
• 1–3 साल तक परीक्षा देने पर प्रतिबंध
• बाद में स्थायी बैन नहीं होगा
📌 गंभीर अपराध (पेपर लीक, अवैध प्रवेश, रिकॉर्ड छेड़छाड़):
• 1–5 साल की जेल + ₹5 लाख तक जुर्माना

📌 संस्थान/एजेंसी पर कार्रवाई:
• ₹1 करोड़ तक जुर्माना
• कम से कम 3 साल तक परीक्षा कराने पर बैन
• परीक्षा खर्च की वसूली भी होगी।

📌 अधिकारियों पर कार्रवाई:
