✨Self improvement:
Everyone has flaws because no human will ever be perfect. At the end of the day, the only one who can improve you is YOU. You make the change. You take the risks. When it comes down to it, no one else can do those things for you. The hard part about improving yourself is that it takes time. Most valuable things take time. Think about it like this: when you plant a seed, it takes time to sprout, so you give it the proper supplies to sprout at some point, like water and sunlight. But at the end of the day, you know that at some point the plant will sprout. It’s the same thing with real life. We start by "planting a seed"β€”starting the changeβ€”and then we give ourselves the things we need to help us grow, like patience, perspective, perseverance, and so on. As time passes, we continue to grow "roots," or a foundation for our growth, and in the end, we do eventually sprout. Change doesn't happen overnight. It's never going to be easy. One of the hardest things in life is pointing out your own flaws to yourself and trying to improve them. You will struggle to fix it. You have to expect yourself to fall a couple of times before you eventually succeed. Being human is not being perfect, which is always something to keep in mind. But do the best you can to be the best you can. And do it for yourself. There will be people in the world that just don't like things about you, but that's reality. Do it because you want to. Don't do it for them.

A HEARTFELT MESSAGE TO ALL STUDENTS AND PARENTS 🀍

Honestly, I don't really know how to start this, but there's something I've been wanting to say.

I hope everyone can remember that I'm a student too. I'm preparing for SPM just like many of you, and trust me, I have my own struggles as well. I have exams to worry about, subjects to revise, expectations to meet, and my own future to think about. Sometimes, I'm stressed and exhausted too, and there are days when I barely know how to manage everything myself.

I started helping with this study group because I genuinely wanted to help others study. I wanted to share questions, prepare quizzes, explain things, and give everyone a place to practise together. I do all of this in my free time, even though I have my own studies to focus on. Sometimes, that means spending time preparing things for the group when I could be using that time to revise or simply rest.

I'm not saying this because I want people to praise me or feel sorry for me. I chose to help because I wanted to. I just never expected that something I put my time and effort into would end up making me feel this way.

Honestly, receiving those messages hurt me. It's not just about being criticised. It's about reading so many harsh words and personal insults when I'm already trying my best to balance everything. I'm not a full-time teacher, and I'm definitely not perfect. I'm just a student who decided to help other students, and I'm still learning along the way.

I understand that every student deserves to feel comfortable asking questions. Nobody should be made to feel stupid for not understanding something, and I agree that everyone deserves patience and respect. If I've said or done something that genuinely hurt someone, I'm willing to listen and reflect on it. I'm not saying I never make mistakes, because I know I do. I still have a lot to learn about being a better admin, too.

But I hope people can understand my side as well. If there's a problem with the way I manage the group or the way I speak to someone, please tell me what happened so I can understand and address it. I'm willing to accept constructive criticism, but personal insults and assumptions about who I am as a person are hurtful, too. We can correct someone without tearing them down.

Sometimes, I feel like people forget that there's an actual person behind this admin account. I'm not a machine that can be available all day, every day. I have my own responsibilities, feelings, and limits. I can't always get everything right, and I can't always give the group all my time. That doesn't mean I don't care about the students here.

To the students who have been participating, asking questions, practising, and learning together, thank you. I really do appreciate everyone who's been part of this group. And to the parents, I understand that you want the best for your children. I respect that, and I believe we all want students to have a good learning environment.

I'm not posting this to start drama, argue with anyone, or make people take my side. I just want to explain how I feel because, honestly, keeping everything to myself has been difficult.
I'm trying to prepare for my own SPM while also doing what I can to help others. I have goals I want to achieve, subjects I need to revise, and responsibilities outside this group.

Sometimes, I get overwhelmed too. I hope I can continue helping without feeling like I have to neglect myself in the process.

I know I still have room to improve, and I'm willing to work on that. But I also hope we can learn to communicate with one another without immediately resorting to insults or hurtful assumptions.

At the end of the day, I'm a student too. I'm still learning, I'm still growing, and I'm doing my best with the time and energy I have.

I don't expect everyone to agree with me, and I'm not asking anyone to defend me blindly. I just hope we can treat one another with a little more understanding and respect, even when we disagree.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. 🀍

To the parents, I understand that you want the best for your children, and I respect that. As a student who is also trying to help other students, I hope you can understand my situation, too. I'm still learning, still preparing for my own SPM, and still trying to balance my responsibilities. If you have any concerns about the way I manage this group, please talk to me respectfully so we can understand each other better.

I know that emotions can run high when it comes to your children's education, and I understand that you want to protect them. But I hope we can all be mindful of the words we use when expressing our frustrations. Words can hurt more than we realise, especially when we don't know what the other person is going through. You can correct me, question my decisions, or tell me where I've gone wrong without insulting me personally.

I'm not asking parents to agree with everything I do or to defend me blindly. I just hope you can give me the same understanding and respect that you would want others to give your own children. After all, I'm a student, too, and I'm trying my best with the time and experience I have.

I also want to make one thing clear: there is a difference between giving constructive criticism and making accusations without knowing the full facts. If you have a problem with me or the way I manage this group, approach me directly and explain your concerns. I am willing to listen, but I will not accept people making assumptions about my character or spreading unverified claims as though they are facts.

Everyone has the right to raise concerns, but that right comes with the responsibility to be truthful and fair. Please think carefully before making accusations, because words have consequences, and damage can be done even before the full story is known. If you believe I have done something wrong, identify the specific incident and allow me the opportunity to respond. Do not turn assumptions into facts or personal disagreements into attacks on someone's character.

I am willing to take responsibility for my mistakes, but I will not take responsibility for things I have not done. I expect the same honesty, fairness, and respect that I am willing to give others. Being an admin does not mean I have to remain silent when I feel that I am being treated unfairly.
