Sri Vidyashankara Temple, Sringeri
The outside circular wall has very exquisite sculptures.
The beauty is although they are on the circular wall the sculptures on either side of the entrance are kept in such a way they all face the same direction.
In the other half of the circle all the sculptures face the opposite direction!!!
Zoom in and observe!

One thing that is great with the sculptures of Odisha - be it Sun temple, Mukteswara temple, Raja Rani temple or any other temple - is that the smile on the face of the sculptures!
Even after their faces are very badly mutilated they have still managed to retain the beautiful smile!
How did those sculptor do it?
For Eg. Zoom in and see these four from Chausati Yogini temple!
