On the Vovocha front (the name of the river), airstrikes are targeting the rear of this front as well as recent Ukrainian progress and consolidation near Ivanivka.

There is no offensive strategy in this direction as you can see, strikes are not concentrated.

On the Pokrovsk-Dobropilla-Kostiantynivka direction, there is still a very high airstrike concentration, with less precision.

Focus is currently on the junction between Drujkivka and Dobropilla (Kucheriv Yar), where an offensive is expected. Other strikes are also happening south of Drujkivka.

Here are my guesses of where Russia will push in the next months. These areas are highly targeted, and Russia is always targeting heavily an area where there is good resistance but where they need to take it.

In Izium/Lyman direction, Russian airforce continued to heavily target forests west of the Siverki Donets river.

I believe their aim is to counter the heavy ukrainian reserve/artillery/drone presence in this area, which is a high ground and complicates RU offensive in Lyman.

In Sloviansk direction, a lot of hits are happening around Mykolaivka. As I said yesterday, the situation there is very difficult and the city will soon be attacked.

Russian 🇷🇺 offensive assessment for June 2026

In June, Russia occupied 28 km2 and continued offensive operations in 7 directions out of 12. Russian forces took control of some neighbourhoods inside Kostiantynivka and advanced near Sloviansk.
