As expected, local Russian 🇷🇺 Telegram chanel Voin DV posted a video to show the proofs that the Ukrainians are lying and that the situation is under control

Out of 20 videos they posted, 8 are false (wrong location, wrong date, AI (in white)) and 5 are in the current Deepstate grey zone. Let's dive again into Russia's war propaganda machine.

Here are all the villages claimed and what the video actually shows : 1/8 ⬇️

🔹Oleksandrohrad : the video is from last year :
twitter.com/richardzai38580/status…
🔹Berezove : the video is from ~15-30 july
🔹Voskressenka : the video is not filmed in Voskressenka but east of Velykomykhailivka and in june and not august twitter.com/Playfra0/status/208832…
🔹Zeleni Hay : video is from ~june 29th twitter.com/moklasen/status/208831…
🔹Kalynivske : video is from the 1st week of august, the video is legit, this area is known for Russian infiltrations (grey zone 100 meters from here) twitter.com/Playfra0/status/208833…
🔹Krasnohirske : video from a week ago, but seems like AI (flag is strange)
🔹Maliivka : video is legit, recent and it explains the red zone (this area is still under RU control)
🔹Myrne : video is from the wrong Myrne, 65km from here) twitter.com/moklasen/status/208832…
🔹Novohryorivka (sign with date, very recent) : the village is in the grey zone, so it's perfectly normal to see Russian soldiers here

As expected, after the Ukrainian General Staff's announcement of the Oleksandrivka-Komar counteroffensive results, the Russians started making dozens of posts trying to dispute Ukrainian claims.

In particular, just now VoinDV published a video showing Russian flags, reportedly in settlements that the Ukrainian claimed to control, with the aim of demonstrating that this is not true and they still control them.

But, while watching it, already the second clip of the video shows incorrect information, claiming flags in Voskresenka on August 13th but showing flags (not AI) east of Velykomykhailivka, at least before July 14th according to Sentinel-2 imagery.

🔹Novomykolaivla : recent video, this part of the village is in the grey zone so it’s also normal
🔹Ternove : video is legit, from a week ago, on a small street (probably not cleared). Funny that they give away this guy's position like that...
🔹Novokhats'ke : video is from june, burn marks recently appeared, this is an area where KABs fell recently
🔹Zlahoda : video is very recent, the guy just gave away his position (small bunker), there are still Russian positions inside the village, Ukrainians came from the west to Ribne, not surprising).
🔹Piddubne, video recent, not surprising, the guy is close to the grey zone in a very large village with many houses where he can hide (here too, he gave away a recent position)
🔹Pryvil'ne : the village is a grey zone, the guy standing is in the red zone, not surprising, recent video
🔹Ribne : video is legit and recent, in a known infiltration route for Russia
🔹Stepove, video recent, one guy (seems very afraid) in a very small village (importance are treelines around with bunkers, not the house, which was probably not cleared)
🔹Tolstoi, video is from ~June 21, old
🔹Yalta video is recent (we know the village is contested)

All this propaganda machine is meant to deceive their own command, as well as to give the illusion of a constant progress.

This strategy works very well in cities, where they can easily hide, but not in the countryside.

So, about Voin DV :

Again, this chanel (known for lying all the time) shows various proofs to counter Ukrainian narrative, most of which are false or irrelevant.

Rybar, Radov, Creamy Caprice and others will follow, that's how Russia works, nothing new.

After Ukrainian 🇺🇦 strikes hit electricity infrastructure in Russian 🇷🇺 occupied territories (mainly Crimea and the South), multiple cities were left without electricity.

Mariupol, Berdiansk, Melitopol, Evpatoria, Sevastopol, Feodosia and Kerch were in the dark on August 13th.

As you can see on the map, many places across Ukraine including large cities remain with barely to no electricity on the 5th year of the war. Ukraine may soon expand the strikes to electricity infrastructure in border regions of Russia.

In the latest strikes, Ukraine switched from hitting Crimea to the southern part of the occupied territories.

Right now, all electric substations in Crimea have been hit multiple times, most of which are out of use for several months.
