Quant (QNT) surged +273% in a week after The Clearing House — a clearing house owned by 25 of the largest US banks (including JPMorgan, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo)—selected Quant's technology for its massive On-Chain Money Initiative.

A record-high weekly RSI suggests looking for short opportunities, yet buyers refuse to surrender ground for now. A potential upcoming golden cross could confirm Quant's ability to extend its rally; if market conditions allow it to form, the odds of hitting a new ATH (above $500) will skyrocket.

Keep in mind yesterday’s prompt for tracking capital rotation and spotting undervalued assets. It flagged several potential beneficiaries of Quant's momentum: Hedera, Chainlink, and XRP. Meanwhile, Algorand (ALGO) and XDC Network (XDC) emerged as undervalued altcoins.

Algorand
💜 +41% over the last 30 days, RSI is not overbought
💜 Closed above the 50 WMA, currently testing the key resistance zone near $0.13
💜 The next major resistance zone sits along the macro downtrend line at $0.25
🩷 Even recovering just halfway to its previous ATH gives ALGO a 1,000% upside potential

XDC Network
💜 +28% over the last 30 days, RSI remains healthy
💜 A breakout and sustained close above the 50 WMA ($0.036) will confirm a shift into a bull phase
🩷 A conservative bull-run target implies retesting the macro downtrend, or +250% from current levels. A confirmed breakout opens the door to 10x or more

The American AI revolution has hit an energy dead end: electricity demand for data centers is set to surge by 755% to 78.57 GW by 2029 💡

The projected power deficit stands at 57 GW, as standard data center capacity is expected to double to 2 GW next year and reach 9 GW by 2031.

The US has no choice but to ramp up power generation urgently. That is precisely why back in July we told you about energy companies, complete with specific stock picks.

Fun fact: if legendary bear Michael Burry had bought the Nasdaq index in 2009 with the $100M he made during the crisis, his net worth today would sit at $1.72 billion 💵

That’s $1.42 billion more than Michael actually has right now 🤦‍♂️

Instead of transitioning into a buy-and-hold investor after his massive win against the housing market in 2008, Burry kept trying to short the market over and over again. Now, claiming the AI bubble will burst sooner than expected, he has loaded up on put options betting against Micron, Nvidia, SOXX, Caterpillar, Nebius, Oracle, Palantir, and the Nasdaq 100.

Michael doesn't want to ride the trend—he wants "The Big Short 2" 🐼

The S&P 500 is trading just 1.2% below its all-time high, having gained 12% year-to-date. The Nasdaq index is a mere 0.6% shy of its ATH, up 17% since January 1. This comes against the backdrop of 10- and 30-year Treasury yields surging to their highest levels since 2002 🕯

Historically, elevated Treasury yields weigh on the stock market as capital rotates into safer assets. However, in an environment of high inflation (3.4% in the US for August), these yields offer limited real financial return.

❤️ Bank of America draws parallels to the 1990s, when investors feared missing out on the internet boom. Every dip is swiftly bought up on the promise of the AI revolution. This is evidenced by record-breaking inflows into US ETFs, reaching $1.93 trillion year-to-date.

❤️ JPMorgan is likewise banking on equities continuing their rally, anticipating a prompt resolution to the high-yield pressure.

💬 US earnings season kicks off in mid-October, with heavyweights Alphabet, Meta, Apple, and Amazon set to report during the final week of the month. Strong earnings results could boost risk appetite, propelling stocks to fresh highs ahead of the congressional elections, while lending momentum to the crypto market as well.

Bitcoin's monthly MACD indicates the end of bearish momentum, which historically signals a transition into an early bull market 😎

We might still see a correction around the midterm elections, the bottom of which has always been the best time to enter the market at a discount.

IMF: AI equipment already accounts for more than a tenth of global trade. Global AI investments (as a share of GDP) will reach, and likely exceed, the levels historically directed into building railroads, electrical grids, or telecommunication networks 💸

As a bonus warning, IMF Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva cautioned about a massive crash if the bet on AI fails to pay off. For now, however, the trend is only gaining momentum. Here are the stocks worth considering:

🩷 eSSD Storage – Citi recommends buying shares of memory chipmakers Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix. The bank's analysts expect a sharp surge in demand for enterprise eSSD drives (nearly 53% by 2027).

Over the summer, both companies underwent corrections of 49% and 58%, unwinding the overbought conditions built up during the AI hype wave in the first half of the year.

🩷 Robotics Components – Citi advises buying shares of humanoid robot component suppliers: Jiangsu Hengli Hydraulic, Leader Drive and Sanhua Intelligent Controls. China is poised to secure substantial component orders as a leading US developer targets a 10x ramp-up in robot production (could it be Elon Musk?).

Jiangsu Hengli Hydraulic and Sanhua Intelligent Controls are down over the past year; their shares could rebound once US orders are confirmed. Leader Drive rallied earlier in the year on the AI wave before undergoing a 44% correction.

🩷 Data Center Infrastructure – Bernstein recommends stocks in the interconnect sector: Amphenol (the market leader in copper interconnects, currently strengthening its footprint in optics) and TE Connectivity (a 70% surge in orders year-to-date).

TE Connectivity remains undervalued, down 1% over the past year.

🩷 Memory & Hard Drives – Ahead of earnings season, Goldman Sachs suggests buying Applied Materials (poised to benefit from rising DRAM capex) and Seagate (boosted by rising HDD prices and progress in HAMR technology).

Applied Materials experienced a 43% correction over the summer, while Seagate fell 38% from its peak and has been consolidating in an accumulation zone for three months.

A few days ago marked the 28th all-time high for the S&P in 2026—following 57 highs in 2024 and 39 in 2025.

Many were bracing for a third-quarter pullback, but it never materialized. The S&P index gained 2% in Q3 instead.

Historically across all years, Q4 has finished in the green roughly 80% of the time, with an average gain of 4.2% (see screenshot #2).

On October 12, this bull market (2022–2026) turns four years old. Since the bottom of the 2022 bear market, the S&P index has surged nearly 120%.

🔥 Now for the most interesting part on the third infographic! Only five other bull markets over the last 50 years have lasted this long. Every single one of them made it to its fifth year, with an average duration of eight years.

I don't know what you're waiting for, but this is what the numbers are showing us.

Degrees are no longer needed: unemployment among young Americans without higher education has hit a 20-year low, while college graduates are finding it increasingly difficult to land a job 😠

The demand for blue-collar trades is rising, and robots aren't threatening this sector just yet. Meanwhile, the productivity of office workers continues to grow alongside AI adoption, leading to active layoffs of redundant staff.

⚠️ While a bachelor’s degree used to provide an edge in the job search, it is now often a waste of time and money. On top of that, employers themselves are focusing on candidates' skills rather than diplomas, caring little about where or how those skills were acquired.

💬 It might seem that higher education will eventually disappear as obsolete, but that’s not entirely true. The most valuable thing college teaches is the ability to independently research and master new skills. If you haven't mastered this yet, don't write higher education out of your life plans just yet.

Who earns the most: Nvidia makes $55.6 in profit for every $100 in revenue - the highest margin among the top 30 of Fortune Global 500 🧜‍♂️

It all comes down to the business model: while the world’s largest retailers, healthcare, and energy companies settle for a profit of $5 per $100, Microsoft, Alphabet, and Meta keep over $30.

Nvidia ended up at the top of the food chain because AI is transforming business structures, allowing companies to serve more customers at lower costs. But in return, Microsoft, Alphabet, Meta, and Amazon are forced to invest hundreds of billions of dollars into data centers, with Nvidia supplying the chips and software for them.

🩵 By tracking the real profits of AI companies and their projections over time, we’ll be able to tell when the trend starts to slow down. Nvidia’s next quarterly earnings report is on November 17, 2026.
