ISDN (Integrated Service Digital Network)
•डिजिटल टेलीफोन नेटवर्क है जिसका उपयोग प्वॉइन्ट-ट-प्वाइंट टेलीफोन नेटवर्क के रूप में किया जाता है
•यह एनालॉग सिग्नल के स्थान पर डिजिटल सिग्नल ले जाता है तथा इसके माध्यम उपयोगकर्ता को इन्टरनेट सेवा भी प्रदान किया जाता है
ISDN मुख्यतः सर्किट स्विचिंग का उदाहरण है इसमें सोर्स और डेस्टिनेशन आपस में फिजिकल सर्किट नेटवर्क के माध्यम से जुड़े होते हैं।
