I had a conversation with Chat GPT last night. It took on a role as an appellant judge. I had to keep giving details of the case. It pointed out that I didn’t motion for a speedy trial. I invoked my right to a speedy trial. It gave a few Supreme Court cases that state rights have to be invoked.

So it got me thinking about it from a different perspective. I didn’t just motion, I invoked a God given right protected by the 6th amendment. Those statutes were put into place to insure that the state protected that right that was invoked.
