Bonus Plans Are Now Easier to Use
We have made some changes for a more streamlined experience!
Crowd1 has heard you: in order to simplify the compensation plan, we have made amendments so you get the most out of your membership.
Jonathan Ström, Chief Operations Officer, had this to say: “We are committed to making your Crowd1 experience as rewarding as possible - and that is why we have retooled the bonus plan structure for ease of use - changes that benefit all our members”.
Here’s how we have simplified the process even more:
The Active User Pool has been merged with the Residual Bonus. That means there’s now one pool for everything! The first combined pool payout will be on 15 September (the next Residual Pool payout), so make sure you have sufficient Activity Point to qualify!
Your Sales Bonus will be paid out after the Residual Bonus (take note that all your activities will be logged in the system, meaning that the Sales Bonus payment, as well as the Active User Pool, will include historical data).
Our R&D team is working on improvements on your email settings, security and the KYC.
Crowd1 is growing exponentially, and with that growth comes greater need for a simplified process.
Jonathan emphasises: “These are strategic changes made in an effort to streamline our common business model, ensuring both speed and scalability. This is only the beginning of many exciting changes in the pipeline, which will provide you with the best and most profitable business model on the market”. He continues: “Our team has been working overtime to get these bonus plan improvements ready for you. To explain the process of the withdrawals you need first to understand the situation on WHY the withdrawals has been delayed.
When our founder created this compensation plan in the start of Crowd1, they created one of the most powerful bonus plans on the market. But no one could expect the massive growth we have experienced the last 18 months and have went from 1 million members to more than 37million members.
The bonus plan was NOT designed for multiple accounts or manipulations which have been happening in many cases, which leads to that the compensation plan is overpaying bonuses.
As we all understand, if 100€ comes in to the company, there is no chance for them to pay out 200€.. then we would not have a company for long.
On the Solution side, there is one thing that many companies do when they have a situation like this, they usually goes in and do a “Clawback”, means they take back all the money from the members that has been overpaid, but our founder said: - NO!! We WILL pay all the members for what they have earned, this is company fault who didn’t not stopped this in time”
But in order to do this, the idea is to cancel all withdrawals, put 85% of your pre-earned money (before October 7) into a Holding account, these funds will be paid back to you on weekly basis, Your amount divided in 104 weeks!
Example: you have €10.000 in your holding account, then you take 10,000 divided in 104 means you will get €96,15 back to your online account every week for you to withdraw.
The remaining 15% on your online account + all bonuses earned in the future, you can withdraw 100% (Max *30* x €2000) and you will receive these withdrawals and all future withdrawals within *14days*.
So, instead of our company using “clawback”, they are committed to pay out all our money!
And from 7 October and forward we will NEVER have a delay in withdrawals again!!
