Regrettably, our Discord server was compromised yesterday. At this time, we are still investigating the precise method the perpetrator used to gain unauthorized access. The intruder was able to create a user with privileges to add and remove posts and channels on our Discord server. A fraudulent link was subsequently posted on the announcement channel, leading to some of our users being scammed and unfortunately losing their funds.
We have since regained control of our Discord server. The deleted channels have been restored and are now accessible again and suspicious users are kicked out. We are currently reviewing our security measures to ensure the safety of all our members and prevent similar incidents in the future.
We are currently deliberating internally on the appropriate response to this incident. Simultaneously, we are planning to implement more stringent rules across our social media platforms to prevent such occurrences in the future.
We are working diligently to gather more information and to rectify this situation. We will provide further updates as soon as we have more insights.
