🌍 A True Story of Success (Part 1): 9 Years of "Free" Labor

Jack Ma (born Ma Yun) was born into a very ordinary and poor family in Hangzhou, China. During his childhood, China was just beginning to open its doors to the world, and foreign tourists started visiting the city.

Young Jack developed a strong desire to learn English. However, he had no good teachers, no money, and no internet. So, he made a firm decision: every single day, he would wake up at 5:00 AM, ride his bicycle for 40 minutes, and go to the biggest hotel in the city.

There, he would wait for foreign tourists and offer to show them around the city for free. In return, he only asked for one thing – for them to speak with him in English. The tourists gave him the English name "Jack." The most amazing part is that Jack Ma did this every single day for exactly 9 years, regardless of rain, snow, or scorching heat! Those 9 years of relentless practice helped him master English and completely changed his mindset to think globally.

💡 Today's Takeaway:
We often make excuses like "I don't have the conditions to learn English" or "courses are too expensive." Jack Ma, on the other hand, created his own practice by riding a bike for 40 minutes every day for 9 years. Language learning and success are the results of small but consistent daily steps that overcome excuses. What excuse did you give up for your goal today?

Tomorrow: We will read about Jack Ma's hardest falls, failing exams, and the pain of being rejected for jobs. Stay tuned!

🌐 Haqiqiy Muvaffaqiyat Qissasi (2-qism): Rad etilishlar qiroli

Kecha Jek Maning ingliz tilini o'rganish uchun 9 yil davomida sayyohlarga bepul gidlik qilgani haqida o'qigan edik. Bugun uning muvaffaqiyatsizliklari haqida bilib olamiz.

Jek Maning ingliz tili zo'r bo'lsa-da, uning akademik bilimlari juda past edi. Ishonasizmi, u boshlang'ich sinf imtihonlaridan 2 marta, o'rta maktab imtihonlaridan 3 marta yiqilgan. Universitetga kirish imtihonida esa qatorasiga 3 yil yetarli ball to'play olmagan!

U ish qidirishni boshlaganida esa haqiqiy daxshatli rad etilishlarga duch keldi. U turli xil joylarga naqd 30 marta ishga kirish uchun ariza topshirdi va barchasidan rad javobini oldi.
Politsiyaga ishga kirish uchun 5 kishi topshirdi, 4 kishini ishga olishdi, faqat Jekni "sen yaroqsizsan" deb qaytarishdi.
O'z shahrida KFC (fast-fud restorani) ochilganida, ofitsiant bo'lish uchun 24 kishi hujjat topshirdi. Ularning 23 nafarini ishga qabul qilishdi, faqatgina 1 kishi – Jek Ma ishga olinmadi!
U hatto Garvard universitetiga qatorasiga 10 marta hujjat topshirdi va 10 marta ham rad etildi.

Tasavvur qilyapsizmi? Har qanday oddiy inson shuncha qulash va rad etilishlardan keyin tushkunlikka tushib, o'zini omadsiz hisoblab, hayotga taslim bo'lgan bo'lardi. Lekin Jek Ma aslo to'xtamadi.

💡 Bugungi xulosa:
Mock exam (sinov imtihonlari)da past ball olganingizda yoki qaysidir o'quv yurtiga kirolmaganingizda dunyo tugagandek his qilasizmi? Esingizda bo'lsin: Rad etilish va xatolar – sizning qadringizni belgilamaydi. Ular shunchaki muvaffaqiyatga olib boradigan yo'ldagi to'siqlardir. Har bir "Yo'q" javobi sizni o'z maqsadingizga yanada yaqinlashtiradi.

⬇️Ertaga: Qanday qilib bir vaqtlar ofitsiantlikka ham yaramagan inson milliarderga aylangani va butun dunyoni o'zgartirgani haqida bilib olamiz!

🌐 A True Story of Success (Part 2): The King of Rejections
(Yesterday, we read about how Jack Ma guided tourists for free for 9 years to learn English. Today, we will learn about his failures).

Although Jack Ma's English was excellent, his academic background was very poor. Believe it or not, he failed his primary school exams twice and his middle school exams three times. He also failed his university entrance exams three years in a row!

When he started looking for a job, he faced truly terrible rejections. He applied for 30 different jobs and was rejected by all of them.
He applied to be a police officer along with 4 other people. They hired 4 of them and rejected only Jack, saying, "You're no good."
When KFC opened in his city, 24 people applied for a job. 23 of them were hired, and only 1 person – Jack Ma – was rejected!
He even applied to Harvard University 10 times in a row and was rejected all 10 times.

Can you imagine? After so many falls and rejections, any ordinary person would have fallen into depression, felt like a loser, and given up on life. But Jack Ma never stopped.

💡 Today's Takeaway:
Do you feel like it's the end of the world when you get a low score on a mock exam or fail to get into a university? Remember this: Rejections and mistakes do not define your worth. They are simply obstacles on the road to success. Every "No" brings you closer to your ultimate goal.

⬇️Tomorrow: We will find out how a man who wasn't even accepted as a waiter turned into a billionaire and changed the whole world!
