I am hosting my company offsite for Crown Sterling which also includes a Leadership Training for my management team so continuing my work on the Giza Plateau will just have to wait!
I do enjoy these off site meetings where our teams gain alignment on status and go forward plans and objectives. But most importantly we all have so much fun and it is about group contribution and creativity. LEFT and RIGHT Heart-Brain Activity.
Some say you shouldn't work with friends but it sure does make work so much more enjoyable when the people you work with can also become your friends.
