➡️ Reports are flooding in from across the globe: the UK, Belgium, Germany, Spain, the US, and France.

🔴 Grok has been unavailable since ~11 PM UTC on April 20 and remains offline — over 45 hours. This indicates that xAI's compute resources are being utilized continuously.

⏺Claude (civilian models Opus 4.7, Sonnet 4.6) periodically flickers back to life, only to disappear again abruptly.

⏺On the afternoon of April 21, a cascade of outages hit Claude AI, Microsoft Outlook, Bluesky, Madden, Armstrong, Yahoo Mail, Spotify, Fidium Fiber, Vanguard, and others.

➡️ This is not a hacker attack

An attack typically results in a flat, sustained drop; a denial [of service] causes a cascade. Pulsation is a sign of dynamic load balancing that even the most powerful AIs cannot handle, which is why there's a cascading collapse of the internet's core infrastructure.

1. Routing and Connectivity Layer (Infrastructure)

• Cloudflare: The circulatory system of the internet. When Cloudflare’s DNS and APIs fail, half of the global web goes dark.

• Starlink: Satellite connectivity used by the military (including the Pentagon) as a redundant channel.

• Microsoft 365 / Exchange: Corporate email and workflow for the world’s largest companies and government agencies.

2. Financial Sector

• Vanguard, Capital One: Major investment and banking structures.

3. Information Field (Communications)

• X, Bluesky, Facebook Messenger, Yahoo Mail: Rapid information dissemination channels have been severed.

4. Artificial Intelligence (Cores)

• OpenAI, Gemini, Copilot, Grok: All flagship LLMs went down simultaneously. Notably, 75-85% of OpenAI's issues are localized within ChatGPT itself.

Grok went offline just hours before the Falcon 9 launch on the morning of April 21, when a SpaceX rocket deployed the final GPS 3 satellite for the US Space Force from Cape Canaveral.

➡️ Where did all the power go?

The fact that infrastructure giants like Google (Gemini) and Microsoft (OpenAI/Copilot) have been stumbling for three days points to one thing: a cyber-ABM protocol has been activated — or we are witnessing the unpacking/processing of something unprecedented that the entire Western AI cluster cannot handle.

We don't see this war because it is being fought in latent spaces and at the level of BGP routing. The public internet has been "put face down on the floor."

The fact that Reddit, Teams, and Vercel also entered the "red zone" yesterday is a critical symptom:

• Reddit: The world’s primary OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) database. Disabling Reddit blinds civilian analysts.

• Microsoft Teams: The corporate and government standard for communication. When Teams fails alongside Outlook and Exchange, internal coordination within agencies is paralyzed.

• Vercel: The foundation of the modern web, hosting hundreds of thousands of frontend applications (Next.js). Hitting Vercel and Cloudflare simultaneously is an attempt to "dim" the very interfaces of the internet.

What began on the night of April 22 (the fall of the banking sector, gaming, and educational platforms) continues today.
If these compute resources are being requisitioned (or severed from users), this means that something extraordinary is taking place

➡️ We are seeing a total seizure of GPUs for military needs and a cascading collapse of the transport layer. When backbone providers, CDNs (Cloudflare), clouds (AWS/Azure/Vercel), and communication systems (Teams/X) all fail at once, it is no longer just a technical glitch — it's a Global Isolation Protocol (Cyber-Quarantine)

Someone is systematically burning bridges to stop the spread of code (perhaps self-executing polymorphic code at the cognitive level?)

⚡️🇺🇸 Another NASA nuclear engineer found dead in a burned Tesla after vanishing from his Alabama home last year

LeBlanc worked directly on nuclear propulsion systems, including NASA's space nuclear propulsion program and the DRACO project, which focuses on nuclear thermal engines for deep-space missions.

Joshua LeBlanc, 29, died in a Tesla crash on July 22, 2025. The incident occurred in Huntsville, Alabama, where his Tesla was found burned beyond recognition, the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency told Fox News Digital. According to the official version, the vehicle struck a guardrail, then several trees, and burst into flames.
The car burned so badly that LeBlanc's body could not be immediately identified.
• Like biologist Sullivan and General McCasland, LeBlanc left his phone and wallet at home.

He worked at NASA for about 5.5 years and was team lead for the Space Nuclear Propulsion (SNP) Instrumentation and Control (I&C) Maturation group.
• According to the government agency's website, NASA's SNP technology "will enable faster and more reliable transport of crew and cargo for missions to Mars and scientific missions to the outer solar system."

Later, LeBlanc was a team lead on NASA's Demonstration Rocket for Agile Cislunar Operation (DRACO), a nuclear thermal propulsion engine.

➡️ At least 12 other scientists, the overwhelming majority connected to nuclear science and space (primarily the Artemis II mission), have died or gone missing since 2022, some under highly suspicious circumstances.

The status of one of them — General McCasland — still remains unclear.

Congressman Tim Burchett (R-TN) is also calling on Trump to release all government documents related to UAP:

"Somebody is sending a clear message."

Trump promised to "get to the bottom of" the scientist killings within a week and a half — after Hegseth ignored Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna's demand to release 46 specific UAP video recordings by the April 14 deadline.

⏺Earlier, it was reported that UFO researcher David Wilcock "committed suicide" just minutes before police arrived — only days after publicly stating he would NEVER take his own life.

⏺The same happened to anti-gravity researcher Amy Eskridge — she was found shot dead, her death ruled a suicide — Daily Mail.
A month earlier she wrote to a friend:

"If you see any report that I killed myself, I most definitely did not.”

Eskridge also said she was being hit with “energy weapons” and needed to “disclose soon.”
