I am 32 and have been married for six years. However, one strange habit of my husband is driving me crazy. He insists on sharing almost everything with me, including my toothbrush and towel. He says we are husband and wife and that there should be nothing like "mine" and "yours" between us. I have bought him his own toothbrush several times, but he rarely uses it. If I hide mine in my handbag, drawer or somewhere else, he will look for it and use it, while leaving his new toothbrush untouched. The same happens with towels. When I complain, he laughs and says I am behaving as if we were strangers. I have explained that this is not about loving him less; I simply want some personal boundaries, but he thinks I am being unnecessarily difficult. Am I being unreasonable, or should a husband and wife be allowed to have some things they do not share?
