This mean even with vaccines, u can still get re-infected with Covid as ur antibody from vaccine can be fade off or reducing over time. In fact, my understanding antibody level from is those recovered from Covid is higher than what u can get from vaccine (u may not get desire antibody from vaccine actually or even possible fail to get any antibody)
