हाय हल्ला....
नेपाल में 35 बरस का नौजवान बालेन शाह सभी जमे जमाए नेताओं को धूल चटाते हुए नेपाल का प्रधानमंत्री बनने जा रहा है। भारत के लिए यह अच्छी खबर है, क्योंकि नया प्रधानमंत्री भारत विरोधी रुख अपनाएगा या निरपेक्ष रहेगा या भारत समर्थक रुख अपनाएगा... यह आनेवाला समय तय करेगा। लेकिन जो नेता नेपाल में चुनाव हारे हैं, वो तो घोषित तौर पर भारत विरोधी ही थे। पिछले 35 वर्षों का उनका इतिहास, उनकी करतूतें इसकी गवाह हैं। अतः बालेन शाह की जीत को नेपाल के लिए और भारत के लिए भी फिलहाल मैं शुभ संकेत मानता हूं। लेकिन मेरा मुद्दा कुछ और ही है....
नेपाल में भले ही 35 बरस के नौजवान ने दशकों से जमी जमायी सत्ता का तख्त पलट दिया है, लेकिन हमारे यहां एक 56 बरस का एक नासपीटा अधेड़ 95 बार असफल कोशिश कर के 12 बरस से अपना और अपनी पार्टी का मुंह काला करवा रहा है... और हद ये कि, आज भी जिद्द पर अड़ा है कि, पार्टी का मुंह काला तो हमै करवइबे।

ये भविष्य में बिहार के सीमांचल और बंगाल के बॉर्डर एरिया में कुछ नया होने की घटना के संकेत हैं।
