Guidelines for the Participants:

International webinar “Challenges of new role and planning for tomorrow: India’s fight against COVID-19” (01 June to 03 June 2020, 02:00pm-05:00 pm), some participants of this webinar are facing problems regarding the upload of registration form along with the video. Here are some important guidelines which are to be taken care of while doing the same.

1. You would be more than happy to know that we are here to facilitate your participation in the webinar through video/audio/research paper/subject related articles and every means.

2. We are trying our best to keep the processes of this webinar easygoing for you all participants so that you can participate easily without facing any such problems.

3. While filling the registration form you can upload the abstract (in the form of image) along with it. The abstract is being taken in the form of image so that it can be displayed online on the respective dates of the webinar for the participants.

4. Full research paper/article can be attached either in the form of words as well as pdf with the registration form.

5. You can also upload the audio/video regarding the subjects along with the registration form.

6. All the links been provided in the form of pdf in the given brochure are perfectly taken care of facilitating the procedure under them with just one click.

7. To facilitate the management, only single form can be opened through single email. Due to any reason if u need to refill the registration form you can open it using the email id of any of your family members then registering your name and other details.

8. If you upload the abstract (image) or the full paper (pdf/word file) or the audio/video in a compressed/lesser size, you won't face any problem regarding submission of the registration form.

9. If you face any problem regarding the compression of subject related videos or the video size is too large to be attached and uploaded with the registration form, then using your Facebook profile you can join "International Webinar IFAC-19" Facebook group

and upload your video there. To facilitate all your such problems this new Facebook group has been created. Choosen audio/video files will be displayed online for the participants on the respective dates of the webinar.

11. We request you to check once daily the information being broadcasted through the Twitter or Facebook links provided below. Alike you, it is all about a new experience to even us. We are trying our best to keep all the processes of participation in this international webinar easy to access so that even those who are not friendly to the new technologies can also take participation easily. To facilitate all these new techniques/ mediums we are constantly working with the ITians.
