Weekly fixes and updates
📆 Release date: 27.02.2026
1️⃣ Starter plan update: profile creation limit
Starting from the release date, all Starter plan variations will have a limit on the number of unique profiles that can be created per month.
This means that there is now a limit on how many new profiles can be created per calendar month within the Starter plan. The limit is fixed and cannot be exceeded.
The limit depends on the selected Starter plan version:
🟣 Starter +15 (BP limit - 20) up to 1,500 unique creations;
🟣 Starter +25 (BP limit - 30) up to 2,500 unique creations;
🟣 Starter +35 (BP limit - 40) up to 3,000 unique creations;
🟣 Starter +45 (BP limit - 50) up to 4,000 unique creations;
🟣 Starter +55 (BP limit - 60) up to 5000 unique creations.
How is the limit calculated?
🟣 The limit is calculated from the 1st day of the calendar month.
🟣 It is automatically reset on the 1st day of each month.
🟣 If you registered in the middle of the month, you still get the full limit.
🟣 Deleting your profile does not reduce the limit used.
🟣 The limit starts counting from the release date (without recalculating previous months).
What happens when the limit is reached?
When the limit for unique profile creations is exhausted, you can't create new profiles, copy existing profiles, run mass imports, or accept profiles transferred by other users.
➡️ If the current volume is insufficient, you can switch to other pricing plans within Starter with a higher profile turnover limit (for example, if the limit of 1,500 is not enough and you need 3,000, then you should switch to Starter +35, etc.).
But if even that is not enough for you and 5000 unique creations are not enough to cover all your needs, then you should switch to the Base tariff —it has no restrictions on profile turnover.
Fixed:
⚙️ Fixed invoice generation after payment
When downloading an invoice in the billing section, incorrect data could be displayed. We fixed it, and now the invoice automatically pulls the correct data for the selected plan.
⚙️ Fixed error 409 “Datadir Damaged”
Error 409 could occur in several cases: when there was insufficient disk space while the profile was running, or after an emergency shutdown of the PC with open profiles. In such situations, it was necessary to rename the “dolphin-anty” folder, and the profile would restart, but data could be lost. This has been fixed, and now in case of a failure, the previous data will be saved.
⚙️ Incorrect text in the window when creating a quick profile
When creating a quick profile, the OS warning displayed text and a button from the full editing form, and users saw “Edit Profile” even though they did not actually enter editing mode. Fixed, now when creating a quick profile, the correct text and the “Create Profile” button are displayed.
⚙️ Added an informative error when launching a profile with a non-working proxy via scripts
When launching a profile with a non-working proxy through the “Scripts” section, users did not receive a clear notification about the reason for the failure. We fixed this, and now in such cases an informative error is displayed, similar to the notification from the main menu, with an explanation about the inability to establish a proxy connection and a recommendation to check the proxy (if necessary, via VPN or another access point to avoid GEO conflicts).
⚙️ Fixed an error when working with scripts via bulk actions
When running a script on two profiles via the bulk actions panel, a system error could occur: if the user opened and closed the script block without making any changes, the interface would start to display a repeating error with each subsequent click, and the blocks would stop opening correctly. We have fixed this issue, and now the error does not appear if there are no changes.

📆 Release date: 05.03.2026
1️⃣ The «Script builder» now supports extensions and pop-ups
We have expanded the automation capabilities of the "Script builder". Scripts can now correctly handle extensions and any pop-up windows.
We have added new types of steps:
🟣 “Install/enable extension”;
🟣 “Open extension interface”;
🟣 “Wait for pop-up”;
🟣 “Switch to pop-up”;
🟣 “Confirm permission/dialog”.
If the pop-up does not appear, the script correctly waits for it to time out and displays a clear error.
Fixed:
⚙️ Fixed an error with email confirmation after registration
After registration, some users received an email for confirmation, but the link in it did not work, so the account could not be verified automatically. We fixed the problem with the incorrect link: now clicking on it immediately confirms the account.
⚙️ The list of proxy databases with Blacklist is not displayed on the single proxy addition page
We have fixed this: now, when you open Blacklist, the list of databases that the selected proxy is included in is displayed correctly.
⚙️ Fixed the display of browser profiles in the drop-down list
When creating a script, only some of the profiles were displayed in the drop-down list of browser profiles (only the first 100 from the first page), while the rest simply did not load when scrolling. We have fixed everything, and now the list correctly loads all profiles.
⚙️ Fixed page transition when changing the status of push notifications
When switching the push notification activity switcher in the admin panel, the user was automatically returned to the first page of the notification list. We fixed this, and now when the notification status is changed, the current page is saved.
⚙️ Folders created via “Add to folder” were created without emojis
When creating a folder using the “Add to folder” function in the bulk actions panel, the folder was created without the standard icon. Fixed: now folders created in any way receive the default emoji and are displayed identically.
⚙️ Notification of unsuccessful proxy connection was not attached to the profile
When opening the notification about a failed proxy connection in the profile list, it remained in place when scrolling and was not pinned to the desired profile line. Fixed: now the notification is pinned to the corresponding profile and moves correctly when scrolling the page.
⚙️ New account name was reset when changing the avatar
When editing an account, the new display name was reset to the old one if the user added or deleted an avatar before saving the changes. Now, when changing the avatar, the new account name is saved correctly.

Many people still perceive anti-detection browsers as a "create profile → launch → push the profits button".
But in practice, it's more complicated: as multi-accounting grows, so do anti-fraud systems. Platforms analyse not only IP addresses, but also device fingerprints, user behaviour, and connections between accounts. And most often, bans occur not because of multi-accounting itself, but because of errors in its configuration.
In a new article, we looked at how platforms find linked accounts and what mistakes even experienced users make
A matching or too rare fingerprint is a quick trigger for verification.
1️⃣ Identical or linked IPs
Even without simultaneous logins, platforms see the common network context. The result is that not just one account is banned, but the entire network.2️⃣ Incorrect use of proxies
Proxy type ≠ quality. A narrow pool, GEO jumps, and poor IP reputation lead to a drop in trust and restrictions.3️⃣ Profile cloning
Mass copying of profiles creates identical fingerprints. Anti-fraud systems see this from the very first launch.4️⃣ Identical account behaviour
Automation without variability makes accounts too ‘perfect.’ Real users don't work that way.5️⃣ Reuse of consumables
One card in different accounts or one number for verification directly links accounts at the billing level, even with a unique environment and IP.

We fixed a bug that Windows users encountered when creating new Facebook profiles, where the bookmarks bar did not appear.
We refined the font substitution feature. It now does not apply to internal Chromium pages with the anty:// and chrome:// schemes (e.g., anty://settings). This allows internal browser pages to display more correctly, while having no impact on the browser’s ability to pass website checks.

We’re continuing to share the most common questions we receive in our support channel. To save you the trouble of searching for answers in chat logs or writing from scratch, we’ve compiled the most popular questions in one place and provided detailed answers.
Sometimes, when launching a browser profile in Dolphin Anty, the app may not display errors in the interface. However, this doesn’t always mean there’s no problem—in some cases, error information is only recorded in the profile startup logs. Where can you check the cause of the error?➡️ Detailed information about possible failures is stored in the logs. You can download them in the “Health” section, located at the bottom of the Anty interface. These logs allow you to determine at which stage the error occurred and what might have affected the profile launch.
The most common cause:🟣 The most common cause of launch issues is an unstable network connection. This may be due to:
— unstable internet;
— the use of a proxy or VPN;
— temporary network restrictions.🟣 In this situation, we recommend:
— trying to launch the profile with and without a VPN;
— checking the stability of your internet connection;
— making sure that any proxies you’re using are working correctly.
If the problem persists and the browser profile still won’t launch, we recommend contacting support via chat.
There are times when the email address you used to register your Anty account has been blocked, or you’ve forgotten the password and can’t recover it. In this case, you need to change the email address to one that you currently have access to and that hasn’t been used to register an Anty account before.
In this case, you can regain access to your Anty account by changing the linked email address to a new one—one that you have access to and that has not been used to register with Dolphin Anty before.➡️ How to change your email address:
The email address change is performed manually through customer support. This is necessary so that support staff can verify that the request is indeed coming from the Anty account owner. You will need to verify your account before changing your email address.
You can confirm ownership of your account in one of the following ways:🟣 Confirmation via payment of a subscription plan.
If you have previously paid for subscription plans on your account, you can provide:
— the date and amount of the payment,
— or a receipt/payment confirmation.🟣 Verification via linked Telegram.
If you linked your Telegram account during registration, our support team will be able to verify your account through that Telegram account.
Why only these methods are used: Unfortunately, it is not possible to verify account ownership using other methods. These rules have been implemented to protect and secure user accounts. We strive to safeguard the data within our valued users’ Anty accounts and ensure their security.

Weekly fixes and updates
📆 Release Date: 19.03.2026
About the updates:
1️⃣ Dolphin{parser} is now inside the app
We’re starting a gradual rollout of Dolphin{parser}! The account parser is now available directly within the app. The feature is being rolled out in phases, so it will appear for some users very soon.
Previously, Dolphin{parser} operated as a separate service on the website and will continue to function as before. However, visiting the website is no longer necessary — all functionality has been moved directly into browser to make working with accounts faster and more convenient.
Plus, this works at scale—you can process up to 100 accounts at a time!
Regarding fixes:
⚙️ Expanded list of cities when connecting via proxy 911
When adding proxy 911 through the Antik app and selecting the country United Kingdom (England), users previously had access to only one city, even though the provider’s list of locations is much broader.
➡️ The maximum number of supported countries has now been increased from 300 to 500, which resolves the synchronization error. If the selected city is in our database but the provider temporarily has no available IPs, a proxy will be automatically created using an IP from another available city, and this will not cause an error on the user’s end.
⚙️ Multiple requests sent when adding a profile to a folder
When adding a profile via the “Add Profile to Folder” modal window, it was possible to click the “Add” button multiple times, causing the system to send as many requests as there were clicks. This occurred both when adding via the context menu and via the bulk actions panel. We have fixed this, and now the window closes immediately after the first click, and the add request is sent only once.
⚙️ Incorrect display of user avatars in access settings
When opening folder access for users without a profile photo, a broken image was displayed instead of their initials. The problem occurred because if the photo was deleted, the interface kept trying to load the old avatar. We’ve fixed it—now if a user doesn’t have a photo, the system displays their initials (e.g., AN).
⚙️ Fixed scroll behavior after deleting a scenario
When deleting a scenario not located on the first page of the list, the app would automatically scroll the list to the first page and immediately to the very bottom. In this case, scenarios on the next page would not load until the user manually scrolled up and down.
➡️ We’ve fixed this, and now after deleting a script, auto-scrolling no longer gets thrown off, and new scripts load automatically without the need for additional scrolling.
⚙️ Fixed the display of the bulk proxy addition modal window
When adding 17 or more proxies, the modal window did not adapt to the amount of content. As a result, the bottom part of the modal window was cut off, making the “Cancel” and “Add Proxy” buttons partially or completely inaccessible. We’ve fixed this, and now the modal window adjusts to the amount of data being added: as the proxy list grows, an internal scrollbar appears, and the buttons always remain visible and clickable.

It’s a mini-service that turns messy account data into ready-to-use browser profiles for Dolphin{anty}.
And yes — it works in bulk. You can process up to 100 accounts at once.

Also make sure there are no extra quotes — they’re often the cause of the problem.🟣 Only 1–2 columns were imported
Most likely, the seller’s file lacks delimiters between data or they are specified incorrectly.
The parser reads the file structure—if it is broken, some data may not be imported.🟣 Accounts were added, but issues arose during operation

We’ve noticed that our users have been asking questions about proxies regularly lately, so we decided to compile all our recommendations into a single post
If the proxy isn’t establishing a connection, first check it using a third-party checker (e.g., Proxy6 Checker). There are two possible scenarios here:🟣 The checker shows the status “Error”
Most likely, the proxy isn’t working. In this case, it’s best to contact the proxy provider immediately to verify or replace it.🟣 The checker shows that the proxy is working
Then it’s worth performing additional checks:✅ Test the proxy in Anty using a different internet connection;✅ Check if it works on another device;✅ Try switching networks or temporarily enabling a VPN.
Sometimes the issue lies specifically in the characteristics of your internet connection.
This situation is most often related to the proxy’s network behavior. One common cause is incorrect DNS resolution, which can cause websites to block the connection or simply fail to load.📌 What you can try:✅ Test the proxy on a different connection;✅ Check if it works on a different device;✅ Temporarily enable a VPN.
Using a VPN sometimes helps resolve the issue, as it can change the connection route and DNS settings.
The choice depends on your tasks and the platforms you work with. It’s best to rely on the experience of other users who are already working with the services or platforms you need, as anti-fraud system requirements can vary significantly.
General recommendations:🟣 Residential proxies:✅ appear more natural to websites;✅ provide greater stability.🟣 Dedicated (datacenter) proxies✅ are usually faster and cheaper;✅ but may be subject to restrictions more often on some services.🟣 Mobile proxies:✅ High level of anonymity, since mobile IPs change regularly;✅ Reduced risk of being blocked on ad networks;✅ Parallel requests—many services allow you to use their mobile proxies across multiple threads;✅ Large pool of addresses and geolocations.➡️ Therefore, the best option depends on your specific tasks and the platforms you work with.
If you still have questions about proxies, feel free to contact support, and we’ll help you figure it out

📆 Release Date: 02.04.2026
Updates:
1️⃣ Reset profile password in the app with email verification
We’ve added the ability to reset passwords for browser profiles. Now, if a password is lost or forgotten, it can be recovered independently via email verification without contacting support.
📌 How it works
🟣 The profile owner or a user with the “Admin” role can request a password reset;
🟣 Users with the “Team Lead” and “User” roles cannot initiate a password reset;
🟣 After email verification, the profile password can be reset.
📌 How it works with shared access
🟣 If an additional user started working with the profile before the password was set, their current session ends correctly;
🟣 If interaction begins after the password is set or reset, access to the profile will only be possible after entering the new password.
Bug fixes:
⚙️ The onboarding screen for transferring a profile to Dolphin{cloud} was displayed incorrectly when a notification about the plan’s expiration appeared
Fixed a bug where, when a banner about the plan’s imminent expiration appeared, the top part of the onboarding screen for transferring profiles to Dolphin {cloud} was cut off and not displayed in full.
⚙️ Fixed scrolling in the “Users” section
Scrolling in the “Users” section was not working correctly in modal windows and sub-sections. We fixed this; now the list scrolls regardless of where the cursor is within the form.
⚙️ Fixed the “Your plan has expired” alert, that appeared in the billing section after paying for a plan, even with an active subscription. The notification no longer appears.

Sometimes, after restarting a browser profile, you are automatically logged out of your accounts on websites. In most cases, this is not due to Dolphin{anty} itself, but to profile settings or network connection issues. Let’s look at the most common causes and how to resolve them
Some websites check the browser’s User-Agent version. If it is out of date, the security system may flag the session as suspicious and request re-authentication. Our development team regularly adds new User-Agent versions to ensure:✅ ensure websites work correctly within profiles;✅ pass additional checks successfully (e.g., Cloudflare).
❗️Important: The User-Agent in your profile is not updated automatically.
What you can do:🔘 Open your browser profile settings;🔘 Click on the three dots next to the profile name;🔘 Find the ‘User-Agent’ field;🔘 Update it to the latest version with a single click🔄 ➡️ You can also update the User-Agent across all profiles at once via the ‘Status’ section at the bottom of the app interface.
Another common cause is unstable proxy performance. In some cases, proxies may partially reveal the device’s real IP address or operate erratically.📍 If a website detects such changes, it may:🔘 reset the current session;🔘 log you out of your account;🔘 request re-authentication for security reasons.📍 How to check if the problem is related to the proxy:
It is recommended to check the proxy within your browser profile using the Pixelscan service. Once the test has started, the service will show:🔘 whether there are any IP leaks;🔘 whether the proxy is working correctly;🔘 which settings might raise suspicion on websites.
This helps you understand at which stage the problem arises and exactly what needs to be fixed.

Any paid plan, including Starter, is suitable for using the same browser profiles across multiple devices.
Once you’ve signed up for a paid plan, cloud synchronisation becomes available; this saves your profile data to the cloud and allows you to access it from different devices.
To ensure profiles work correctly across multiple devices, you need to follow a few steps:
You must perform the initial synchronisation activation on the device where the profiles were originally created. Previously, on the free plan, profile data was stored locally, so this is the device that must upload it to the cloud first. This ensures synchronisation works correctly and without issues.

Let’s take a look at one of the most frequently asked questions about the Starter plan
The Starter plan has a fixed monthly limit on the number of browser profiles you can create. Unfortunately, it is not possible to completely remove this limit before the plan expires. However, there are several ways to increase the available limit.
You can increase the number of available profiles within the Starter plan. This will automatically increase the monthly limit on creating them.
For example:
If the standard limits are insufficient, you can contact our Sales department to request custom terms. To do this, please contact them here. They will be able to offer you personalised solutions, such as increasing the limit on profile creation while keeping the same plan you were using previously.
