An Israeli food-tech company, Steakholder Foods, announced on September 3, 2026, that its Perfecta range of 3D-printed, plant-based meat alternatives had reached retail outlets across the northeastern United States. The lineup includes products marketed as marbled steak, filet mignon, chicken breast, salmon patties and white-fish patties.

For those who prefer real, whole foods, there is an issue consumers may not be aware of. Steakholder Foods openly discusses its 3D-printing technology in corporate announcements, while its consumer-facing marketing focuses on premium plant-based meat and the eating experience. Reports have also raised questions about whether the packaging clearly identifies the products as 3D-printed.

Consumers deserve transparency, even when a product meets applicable food-safety requirements. Meeting safety standards is not the same as proving long-term health benefits.

Food labels already help shoppers identify ingredients, allergens and nutritional content. If food manufacturing is heading further in this direction, shouldn’t clear disclosure of novel production methods be part of the conversation too - especially when a product is designed to look and sound like familiar foods such as steak, chicken or fish?

Call it innovation or the future of food, but consumers deserve to know what they are buying. If a product is 3D-printed, shouldn’t that be made clear on the packaging so people can make an informed choice?

Early Pfizer batches starting with “E” keep showing up in the higher-risk data.

Analyses by Schmeling, Manniche, and Jablonowski have all found that lots from December 2020 and early 2021 carried higher rates of serious adverse events and deaths than later batches. Variation from lot to lot was considerable.

Peter McCullough, MD, MPH @P_McCulloughMD has noted:

“I have noticed in my practice that nearly all of those with serious COVID-19 vaccine syndromes including myocarditis, blood clots, and other life-threatening problems received their first shots either in December 2020 or early 2021.”

Jablonowski and Hooker reported specific early lots (such as EL0140, EL9261, EL3248, EN9581, and EJ1686) as high outliers for death. A search of VAERS data also showed that a large share of the batches linked to the highest number of reported deaths started with “E.”

The pattern is visible in the data. Whether it was by design or simply how the early manufacturing and distribution rolled out is still being debated.

Sweden is stepping away from mRNA for its national program. While the rest of the world is still being told it’s the only option.

Sweden is switching its national COVID vaccine campaign for 2027/28 to a protein-based shot instead of mRNA.

They’re calling it the first country to move away from the Pfizer/Moderna mRNA products for their national program.

Meanwhile the rest of the world is still being told mRNA is the gold standard and anyone questioning it is a conspiracy theorist.

Interesting timing.

When one country starts quietly stepping away and the rest keep pushing, maybe it’s worth asking why.

In 1986, vaccine manufacturers in the US received significant legal protections against certain vaccine injury lawsuits.

When financial liability is limited, what incentives remain to keep improving the safety of an already-approved product?

Why aren’t saline placebo-controlled trials the standard for products injected into healthy infants?

Parents deserve to know exactly what was studied, for how long, and what the products were compared against.

Informed consent starts with asking questions, and having the evidence to answer them.
