🎓 What is Social GPA and why does it matter?
Social GPA (SSCI) is an indicator of a student’s social and sports achievements during their studies at Astana IT University.
It includes volunteering, participation in student organizations, creative and sports activities, intellectual development, public speaking and other achievements beyond the classroom.
SSCI results may be taken into account when selecting students for academic mobility programs, allocating places in student residences, participating in AITU Awards, preparing publications and diplomas, as well as supporting participation in competitions and other university activities.
📲 How to submit an achievement:
1. Open the SSCI section in Digital University.
2. Click “Add”.
3. Enter the activity name, date, level, your role and a short description.
4. Give yourself 0–20 points for each criterion.
5. Attach supporting documents or photos and submit your application.
After submission, you can track the status: Under review, Approved or Show reason.
Your achievements beyond the classroom matter too. 💙
