스트라이프가 과거에 인수했던 브릿지(Bridge)라는 기업에서 Open Issuance 서비스를 공개했습니다. 스테이블코인을 발행하고 싶은 기업은 Open Issuance를 통해 누구나 쉽게 규제를 준수하며 자체 스테이블코인을 발행할 수 있으며, 수익 또한 가져갈 수 있습니다.
이러한 서비스는 기존에 팍소스(Paxos)가 하던 방식과 비슷한데요, 팍소스가 페이팔 PYUSD같은 굵직굵직한 플레이어를 잡았다면, 스트라이프의 Open Issuance의 첫 메이저 고객은 팬텀 지갑이네요. 팬텀은 오늘 Open Issuance를 통해 자체 스테이블코인 "CASH"를 발표했습니다.
스트라이프는 이로써 발행부터 활용까지 모든 부분에서 서비스를 제공하는 완전한 스테이블코인 수직 계열화를 이뤄냈습니다.
