The principal of Canberra's Charnwood-Dunlop Primary School has appeared in a video alongside One Nation Senator Malcolm Roberts, criticising the ACT's vaccine mandates.

We've forwarded to our Barrister the letter that Prime Minister ScoMo sent to us today. It adds to our argument and looks like ScoMo has put his foot in it.
Keep in mind the directive of "mandates" came from the National Crisis Cabinet which is not a legal entity as such but rather a forum of speakers who have imposed these draconian measures.
They have no legal right. Our Barrister will explain more on Friday night's zoom at 8pm.
Our workers compensation lawyer Dave McCabe has just contacted us and is having great success.
McCabe Partners have currently about 100 clients. They have received the statements, authorities, and other items and on Tuesday lodged 10 claims with the Independent Review Office and as at 3 pm, they have received 5 grants of funding for the clients costs and disbursements.
Next stage we will arrange medico/legal opinions from Psychiatrists in support of their clients claims.

Today the WA Premier mandated 75% of their workforce. We knew this was coming. Within hours a snap lockdown was organised outside his office. Well done WA.
To our colleagues over on the West Coast please know you're not alone. We've learnt much over the last 2 months and have found what works and what doesn't.
Your best asset now is your union who will more than likely fold over like a pancake but it shouldn't stop you from harassing them night and day with emails and phone calls.
Cancel immediately and let them know you're joining the TPAA by Red Union. They will try and give you some rubbish response but cancel anyway.
The first email you get from an employer asking you to get vaccinated you must send them a risk assessment notice by TPAA and cc your HR department.
Find your local MP and find out what their stance is and let them know yours. Demand a response.
Whatever you do don't resign, decline, refuse, or state your intent.
Start with the above for now. We got this. Welcome to the battle 🛡⚔

Good morning Team. I want to share with you a step by step process that one of our wonderful Victorian admins has put together in relation to Covid related fines.
We know a lot of people have received these unlawful notices and all of them are revoked once challenged because they were handed out illegally.
This should also apply to NSW. Please forward this to anyone who may need help.
Also a reminder that our legal fighting and food fund is now open for contributions. We do not expect anything but we are grateful for everything 🙏 https://tinyurl.com/he4cdzzz
We have now covered the Barristers costs and the Solicitors costs and will direct the rest to the high court appeal that one of our teachers is involved in and the rest will go towards our nationwide food drive we are conducting soon.

BIG WIN FROM RED UNION!
Nurses from Monash Health in Victoria who were stood down for not taking the jab have been granted an injunction until their court case.
The NPAA which is Red Union's nurses associaion took on their case and has got them an injunction which means the gov't can't act on their mandates.
I know you're thinking but how does this apply to us? It means we now have a union on our side with some clout who is standing up for their workers and something like this can set a precedence.
Small wins, big victories.
