> Clarification to stop the rumor mill: the existing room reservations are for staffers. Each can only reserve exactly one room for themselves. The reservation is not transferable.

> Developers and senior registration staff are currently in a conference call with each other and the hotel, so hold on tight please.

> We have changed the registration procedure. Fill out the form below and send that to reservierung@estrel.com to book a room. https://pastebin.com/raw/AcnGL1sD

> Eurofurence would like to sincerely apologize for the problems that occurred Saturday morning, and for any inconvenience caused by this. You guys clearly won the race against our test runs on our IT infrastructure.

> Be assured that we are taking this issue very seriously, and that we are looking into alternative solutions for the future to keep this from happening again. Any feedback is greatly appreciated! We're looking forward to seeing all of you in August!

> Didn't secure a room today? There are alternatives like those listed on https://www.eurofurence.org/EF25/hotel/overflow and in our forum at https://forum.eurofurence.org/index.php/topic,8039.msg72123.html . Hotel shuttle to Andel's and fursuit overnight storage will return in 2019, too.

> Hint: Twin rooms at the Andel's are starting from 87 € currently. Check their web site or booking portals. Available while supplies last.

> We thank you for your input regarding yesterday's hotel room reservation issues. Unfortunately, it's too much to answer each comment individually, thus we've created an FAQ: https://forum.eurofurence.org/index.php/topic,8460.0.html

> Eurofurence websites (main pages, registration system, forums, trouble ticket system) are currently unavailable. The technician has been notified.

> Our web services are back up and running again. The cause was apparently a routing issue at our ISP that has now been fixed. We apologize for the inconvenience!
