We use a 40+ parameter scoring system, just like the big credit agencies (S&P, Moody’s, etc.). Every project gets a rating from AAA (top quality = 10/10) to D (risky = 1/10).

We break risks down into 3 buckets:

💵 Financial Risk – Debt, profitability, equity, all the key numbers
📈 Business Quality – Management, industry, company reputation
💰 Liquidity & Coverage – Can they really pay the loan back?

If a project passes all checks, we sign the legal docs, and after this process we list it on our platform.
