APY Isn’t What You Get in 4-6 Months 🚫

Does 21% APY mean you’ll get 210 USDC on top of 1000 USDC once the project finishes raising funds?

💲 No. APY is annual percentage yield — the return you’d earn over one full year, not during a project’s 4–6 month funding period.

Let’s break it down with a simple example:

🔘 1000 USDC at 21% APY

If you invest 1000 USDC into a project with 21% APY:

🔘 Over a full year:
You’d earn 210 USDC ▶️ total 1210 USDC

🔘 Over half a year (6 months):
You’d earn about 10.5% ▶️ 105 USDC

🔘 What about stages?

A project can have several funding stages, and each stage opens and closes separately and every stage has the same APY.

How $8LNDS Finds the Way to Your Wallet 🔥

Here’s how the whole process works, step by step:

🔘 A project gets fully funded and the pool closes.
🔘 After that, the Proof of Loan (PoL) smart contract triggers. It calculates your 6% bonus in $8LNDS based on your share of the pool.
🔘 Before your sweet 6% bonus lands in your wallet, it goes through a few backend steps.
🔘 Vesting starts — your portion of the newly minted tokens is now in the vesting contract.

💎 The system mints the 6% bonus from the deployer to 0xD48f1d3EEC18d8B71ddF1575bAE160030878d705 smart contract.

🔘 A portion of tokens is sent to the Uniswap liquidity pool through the 0x241De8C5B58830B8046830b05031786795d5Cba8 pool.
🔘 Part of the supply is burned from the 0xD48f1d3EEC18d8B71ddF1575bAE160030878d705 contract to the null address.
🔘 Finally, the system distributes tokens to investors’ wallets.
