🌟 Hey Gen Z ! Your Voice Matters !

Hi, I’m Hanna Ritika Vinni !
I’m pursuing my MSc in Counselling Psychology at Rajagiri College of Social Sciences, and as part of my postgraduate research, I’m conducting a study titled:

“Loss of Self, Caregiver Competence, and Self-Gain Among Gen Z Individuals with and Without Grandparents.”


This study looks at something close to home for many of us, how our experiences in caregiving or growing up without them can influence the way we see ourselves as caregivers, shaping our identity, confidence, and personal growth as Gen Z.

If you’re 18–27 years old and living in Kerala, you’re invited to take part! The survey will take just 5–15 minutes and has 4 short sections. You can answer from your own perspective as well as reflect on how you’ve seen caregiving through your parents’ experiences -what they go through or have gone through.
