📢 Implementation Details for [EXAIP-03] Addressing the Exactly Protocol Hack and Compensating Affected Users.

This initiative addresses the financial losses from the security breach on August 18, 2023.

Compensation Details:

- One million EXA tokens will be distributed among the 117 affected users.
- Affected users should proceed to Sablier.com to claim their NFTs as a voucher for their claim to the allocated EXA tokens.
- These EXA tokens will vest in June 2024, following a linear vesting schedule for 48 months.
- If stolen funds are recovered before June 1, 2024, the value of the NFT (and, consequently, the EXA token compensation) will be adjusted proportionally. For example, a 50% recovery of funds will result in a 50% reduction in the NFT's value.

We deeply appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we diligently work to address the impact of the security breach and uphold our commitment to the affected users.

🔄 Transitioning the EscrowedEXA contract from BUSL to MIT License!

The [EXAIP-05] Change EscrowedEXA license from BUSL to MIT, submitted by a community member, was implemented.

🔍 What's changing?
The EscrowedEXA contract was initially subject to the BUSL license, and we are now shifting to the MIT license. Think of it as going from a complex rulebook to one that says, "You can use this; just remember to give credit to Exactly."

The adoption of this proposal is in harmony with the principles of open-source collaboration and has the potential to open doors for future partnerships and contributions. 🤝

* Affected users that received compensation in EXA tokens with vesting (EXAIP-03)
