Also, we create an autonomous Uniswap liquidity pool that uses the Constant Product Market Maker (x * y = k). This model was formalized and the smart contract implementation passed a lightweight formal verification. Important in this testnet the ETH reserve associated with an ERC20 token exchange is the ETH balance of the exchange smart contract.

In this test on Uniswap V3 pool, we set up three separate fee tiers per pair according to expected pair volatility — 0.05%, 0.30%, and 1.00% — offering more excellent protection against impermanent loss to liquidity providers.

Don't forget Ethereum Layer 2 scaling solution Exohood will migrate its v1 testnet on Ropsten and Rinkeby to Goërli and Sepolia on September 2, respectively, to reduce the risk of network failures due to the merger. Our team needs to redeploy the test environment on Goërli or Sepolia.
