Let's imagine you have a big bag of different color candies and you're at a playground with your friends. You want to share your candies with them, but you have a rule. Each friend can only pass candies to the ones they're standing next to.
In the beginning, the candies are only with you. But then you start passing them to your friends next to you, who then pass some of these to their friends, and so on. After a while, all of your friends in the playground have some of your candies. They might not all have the same types or the same amount, but they've all got a mix based on who they were next to and when.

We believe in the power of teamwork and would love for you all to join us. It's always more fun working together! This is also a great opportunity for those keen to learn new skills such as electrical work, woodworking, installation, or soldering.
