Pace yourself. When we eat quickly , our bodies may not realize how full they are, which causes overeating. Most foods take at least 20 minutes to digest. So enjoy what you have, slow down, pause before you grab seconds, and stop eating when you feel full.

Albert Einstein's brain was dissected, studied, preserved, and kept in private hands for years, apparently without consent.

Thomas Stoltz Harvey, the pathologist who performed Albert Einstein's autopsy in 1955, removed and kept the physicist's brain without prior permission. Einstein had requested to be cremated with his ashes scattered privately to discourage idolization.

Days after the removal, Harvey managed to secure a reluctant, retroactive permission from Einstein's son, Hans Albert, on the strict condition that the brain only be used for scientific research.

Harvey subsequently sectioned the brain into roughly 240 blocks and created hundreds of microscopic slides, keeping them stored in jars for decades as he moved across the country.

Today, most of the remaining pieces and slides reside at the Princeton Medical Center and the Mütter Museum in Philadelphia.
