A new governance decision of the finance.vote DAO is in! Welcome to the future: direct digital democracies, responsive governance, & fair voting. Another historic moment for finance.vote & its citizens.
Those that have been with us from the beginning have watched us hit milestones, traverse new territories, and overcome difficulties. Our growth, since inception, has been organic and adaptive to the ever changing DeFi environment and needs of our citizens. The community and its input has played a key role in the development of finance.vote. So a few weeks ago, in our ETH citizens group, when suggestions for improvement to the overall ecosystem were presented by an OG citizen, we listened. The conversation quickly turned into an open discourse on the intricacies of finance.vote and what should be focused on. Priority topics were gathered by Nick and put into our governance Dapp, influence.vote. A perfect test run for the decision making process for our soon to be autonomous & decentralized organization. Important! On Friday Aug 13th at 12 UTC yield.vote is upgrading! This new version will include a UI upgrade, customiseable partner pools and easier pool parameter changes.
iTrust.finance are launching 2 new pools along with our upgrade.
⚠️🐡To all current pool holders 🐡⚠️
The update will reset the FVT resident pool, all positions and rewards will be withdrawn.
You don't need to do anything, you will automatically receive your rewards and SLP tokens back to your wallet and will be able to enter the new pool.
The update will introduce a new game feature, “unoccupied deposit and burn decay.” On withdrawal from a lot (position) the deposit and burn rate will stay at the current value and decay gradually back to 0. This mitigates against expoitation and adds a new competitve element.
