انتحار ولا جريمة قتل؟ 👿

لقوا ضحية بعمر 28 سنة مرمي في سيارة وبندقية محطوطة في الدريكسيون زي ما في الصورة كده وفيه ثقب في رأسه ناحية الجهة اليمنى بسبب عيار ناري خرطوش وديه كانت فتحة دخول الرصاصة في حين فتحة الخروج كانت في نص وشه ، الضحية لما قام بإطلاق النار على نفسه كانت فوهة البندقية كانت ملتصقة برأسه وده بنقول عليه contact shotgun wound وده باين من الحرق على جلده وشعره وشكل انطباع فوهة البندقية على الجلد .

بعدها جه أحد المحققون يجرب البندقية على نفسه عشان يشوف جريمة ولا انتحار ، لقى بعدها أنه فيه كدمة على سبابة الضحية وده لأنه الضحية وهو بيحاول يثبت البندقية بإصبعه من مكان وضع حزام البندقية وأطلق النار على دماغه حصل إرتداد للبندقية فعمل كدمة على سبابة الضحية ، وده خلاهم يقولوا أنه ديه عملية إنتحار.

The cause of death was a contact shotgun shot to the right temple with a consequent central regulatory failure due to extensive brain injury. The manner of death was concluded to be a suicide.

الضحية للي في الصورة كان عنده 28 سنة راح المستشفي وهو عنده صعوبة في البلع والكلام لما اتفحص اعترف الجاني على نفسه بزيادة أنه بلع فينول Phenol وبيسموه
حمض الكربوليك وده بيستخدم في البيوت كمطهر للحمامات ، كان ضغطه منخفض ونن عينه ضيق وبعدها ب5 ساعات مات لما تم تشريحه وفحصه لقوا أنه لسانه كان أبيض ومتورم ، المرئ كان رمادي grayish-white ، المعدة كان فيها تآكل وبتنزف بشكل كبير جداً و congested والسوائل للي معدة طالع منها ريحة الفينول والصور موضحة شكل الأعضاء للي تم تشريحها في الضحية .
The entire peritoneum along with small and large intestine found to be congested and discolored.

حالات الإنتحار بالمواد ديه corrosives نادر جداً على عكس الإنتحار بالمواد للي بتستخدم في الزراعة 😈

الفينول بيشتغل على الجهاز العصبي المركزي ويعمل فقدان في الوعي للضحية .
It acts locally as a corrosive and after absorbing it exerts its central narcotic effect, affecting the medullary centres and higher centres, producing rapid loss of consciousness of the victim and profound collapse.

ده غير أنه بيشتغل على CVS ويوطي الضغط ويقلل درجة حرارة الجسم .

Histopathological examination showed exfoliation of oesophageal mucosa and coagulative necrosis of gastric mucosa along with features of glomerular congestion and acute tubular necrosis in kidney, congested and oedematous lungs and congested brain.
Death is due to syncope and asphyxia due to failure of respiration, oedema of glottis,complications.

خلي بالك أنه الإنتحار بالفينك ممكن يحصل بشكل عرضي وخصوصاً لو الطفل دخل الحمام لقى زجاجة الفينك ممكن يحطها في فمه ويشرب !
