Nima uchun o‘zbeklar chet elda kam qadrlanadi?

Bu savol ko‘pchiligimizni o‘ylantiradi. Nega biz haqimizda yomon fikrlar bor? Nega xalqaro maydonda obro‘miz pastroq? Men bu savolga javob izlab ko‘rdim… va topdim.

Agar bir chet ellik oddiy bir o‘zbek mahallasida yursa, eng birinchi ko‘radigani — axlat, tartibsizlik va beparvolik. Bizda ko‘pchilik uchun ko‘chaga axlat tashlash odatiy hol. Bir bola muzqaymoq yeb bo‘lib, qog‘ozini bemalol yo‘l chetiga tashlaydi — hech kim tanbeh bermaydi. Odamlar axlat qutisi yonidan o‘tib ketib, qog‘ozni baribir yerga tashlaydi — va bu hech kimni ajablantirmaydi.

Biz o‘zimiz yashaydigan joyni hurmat qilmasak, jamiyatimizni toza tutmasak, keyin nega boshqalar bizni hurmat qilmaydi? deb so‘raymiz.

Avvalo o‘z jamiyatimizni, ko‘chamizni, atrof-muhitimizni qadrlashni o‘rganishimiz kerak. O‘zimizni hurmat qilmasak, hech kim bizni hurmat qilmaydi. Biz tartib, poklik, mas’uliyat bilan yashamas ekanmiz — xalqaro obro‘mizni oshirishni kutish qiyin.

Hurmat — boshqalardan emas, o‘zimizdan boshlanadi.
Agar har birimiz atigi bitta axlatni yerga tashlamaslikni o‘zimizga majburiyat qilsak, ertaga butun boshli xalqning obro‘siga hissa qo‘shgan bo‘lamiz.

Agar o‘z jamiyatini hurmat qilgan xalq bo‘lsak, boshqalar ham bizni hurmat qiladi.
