Dear pandariders,
From 1 June 2026, all mobility scooter users must have a valid certificate of medical need. You are exempted if:
- Aged 70 and above
- User of government-subsidised mobility scooter
- Applicant of the Ministry of Health (MOH) disability scheme
If you are not exempted, you can start approaching your regular doctor, Occupational Therapist or a General Practitioner to obtain a Certification of Medical Need.
To support our members who depend on PMAs for delivery work, NDCA is offering up to $30 in financial assistance to help offset out-of-pocket compliance costs. Click here for more information.
In line with legal requirements, foodpanda will collect and verify your certificate of medical need if you are registered as a PMA rider with us. More details will be shared soon.

- Iftar rush (5 PM – 7 PM): Expect a significant surge in orders as families and friends break their fast. This is your prime window!
- Late night demand: Orders tend to stay high well into the night for Sahur meals & late gatherings.
- Busy weekends: Families coming together to break fast means higher order volumes — especially on Fridays and Saturdays.
💰️We're offering upsized multipliers during the Iftar period and late night hours throughout Ramadan. More orders + bigger multipliers = higher earnings!

💰️ How do I earn it? Every week, you have two targets to aim for:
