Reminder: Please Handle Food Orders Safely

Hi pandariders!

We’ve received feedback from some vendors that some food orders are being placed on the ground or handled without a delivery bag during pickup.

For food safety and a good customer experience, please ensure that:

✅ All food orders are placed inside a clean insulated delivery bag at all times
✅ Orders are not placed on the ground, even briefly
✅ Food is handled carefully from pickup to drop-off

These steps help keep food clean, safe, and up to standard for our customers and vendors. Thank you for doing your part and delivering with care.

Ride safe!
