Your quests are grouped into 3 zone groups:

Group 1: Far East, Geylang, SG South
Group 2: AMK, Serangoon, Sengkang, Jurong East, Bukit Timah
Group 3: Yishun, Woodlands, Jurong West, Bukit Panjang

💡 You can earn from multiple zone groups
Complete orders in different zones and unlock rewards in each

⏰ QUEST TIMING
Monday: starts from 5:00am-11:59pm
Tuesday–Sunday: 12:00am – 11:59pm
A new quest unlocks every day

📊 HOW IT WORKS
• Check your Opportunities tab to view your quests
• Track your progress live in-app
• Acceptance Rate (AR) resets daily — check the app to monitor your AR progress

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES
• Weekly quests are fully removed from 27 April onwards
• You can view your quests up to 4 days in advance
• Complete both AR and No-Show requirements to qualify

1. Can I earn from multiple zone groups?
Yes. Orders completed in each zone group count towards that group’s quest.
You can earn from multiple groups at the same time

2. What is a No-Show (NS)?
A No-Show happens when you book a session but do not go online or complete deliveries.
This may affect your eligibility for incentives

3. Where do I check my quests?
Go to your Opportunities tab in the app

4. How is Acceptance Rate (AR) calculated?
Your Acceptance Rate (AR) is based on the number of orders you accept vs orders assigned to you. ( Accept more orders → higher AR, Reject or ignore orders → lower AR )
You need to meet the AR of the prevailing quest in order to qualify for your incentive

Our system is designed to match orders to your vehicle, but in some cases, orders may still be larger than expected.

That’s why we’re introducing Large Order Support - you may receive extra earnings for completing a large, unsplit order.

How it works:
1️⃣ If the order is too large to carry safely, submit a request via the Help Centre
2️⃣ Include a clear photo of all bags/items
3️⃣ Complete the delivery — we’ll review and credit any extra earnings in your next payout

Please note:
• Applies only to orders not split between riders
• Large orders = exceed your carrying capacity
• Do not overload, your safety comes first
• If manageable, proceed as usual (no need to submit)
• Claims are reviewed individually — not all will be approved

Following feedback from NDCA regarding our last message on Large Order Support, we want to assure you that your safety always comes first.

If you're assigned an order that feels too large to carry safely, you should not have to attempt the delivery on your own. Reach out to us and we would either split the order or redispatch the order to another rider (without affecting your AR).

If you deem the large order to be manageable based on your vehicle type, you can:
1) Contact us via the Help Centre before proceeding
2) Include a clear photo of all bags/items
3) Our team will review your request — if eligible, extra earnings will be credited to your next payout*

*Please note:
• Only applies to orders that haven't been split between riders
• What counts as "large" depends on your vehicle type.
• Each request is reviewed individually — not all submissions may qualify

End Your Session Where You Want To Be

We know that after a long session, you sometimes find yourself far from home, school, or your next appointment — without any deliveries to make it worthwhile.

‼️You can now save your recent addresses to set as your Last Stop, saving you time and trouble from dropping the pin on the map after every order!

🚗How it works:
Toward the end of your session, we’ll try to offer you deliveries that move you closer to your preferred location — so you can finish strong and head where you need to go, while still earning.

👍What to do:
At least 45 Mins before your session ends, enable the "Last Stop" Feature under your profile. Ensure you enable the "Last Stop" Feature by the end of every session.

- Less time and fuel spent getting where you want to be

Here are some tips for handling delicate items:

2️⃣ Items should be placed flat and properly secured to prevent excessive movements
3️⃣ Please avoid tilting or inserting the items vertically into your bag
