• City have kept 3/6 clean sheets and conceded only 5 (tied for fewest). They are 6/6 in the league and just kept a sheet in the 3-0 at Anfield.
• Ipswich have 0 clean sheets and have conceded 12 (joint-highest) from 11.14 xGA. They failed to score twice in six.
👉 A great GW to own ManCity defenders!

⚪️ Arsenal 43% vs Forest (A)
• Arsenal have 3/6 clean sheets and only 5 conceded from 4.84–6.65 xGA (among the best).
• Forest have failed to score in 3/6 (all three at home) and have only 5 goals all season. Their home xGA is not the problem — the attack is.
👉 Start Arsenal defenders.

❌ Brighton’s next fixtures after Palace get harder, and De Cuyper’s ownership is already 35.9%.
👉 Verdict: Do it. You are moving from a side that blanks at home into the league’s best attack and best defence for almost the same price.

FPL Daily Injury Updates Part II [16/10/2026] :

🕊 Brighton - Yankuba Minteh and Mats Wieffer are the players on Brighton's long-term injury list who are closest to returning, they are hoping to have Mitoma back in a few weeks too.

A decision on Pascal Struijk will be taken after training tomorrow. He has been managing a niggling hamstring issue for a few weeks, his suspension was rescinded, so would be able to play if fit.

🏡 Fulham - Hugo Larsson is a doubt for tomorrow with a groin issue. The rest of the players are fit and available

🍒 Bournemouth - Alex Scott could return to fitness sooner than expected, he had a scan and the prognosis was better than expected.

🥏 Chelsea - Reece James has an injury that will keep him out for around two months, the blues have no other fresh injuries.

Emegha is out tomorrow, he had a slight setback but is expected to be back next week.

👹 Man United - Lisandro Martinez will be in the squad. despite his comments in mid-week against the hierarchy

Luke Shaw and Kobbie Mainoo will be checked after training today.

Mazraoui, Ugarte, Sesko and Dorgu all remain out.

🍬 Everton - Vitalii Mykolenko has got a chance of being available against Chelsea having missed last Sunday's game against Hull City.

Branthwaite is also a doubt having picked up a problem last week, Norgaard is progressing well, but isn't ready to start games yet.

🌳 Nottingham Forest - Milenkovic trained for the first time today. He could be in the matchday squad.

Morgan #Gibbs-White suffered a minor muscle injury in the defeat to Crystal Palace and did not train the entire week.

He did train today, but there is no certainty as to whether he makes the squad this Sunday.

Savona and Igor Jesus will miss the game

🔫 Arsenal - Martin Zubimendi may be available for this weekend.

Piero Hincapie will need another week or two and Christos Tzolis is also going to be out for a couple more weeks.

William Saliba is scheduled to undergo another scan next week to see how he's evolving.

🚜 Ipswich - Although they have a few checks to make,it is envisaged the tractor boys will be almost full strength for this game.

Issahaku Fatawu returns having served his ban.

⚪️ Leeds - Dan James and Joe Rodon have been named as the only absentees for Leeds this GW.

Wilson and Bahoya had trained as normal this week following their returns from the bench last weekend.

🐝 Brentford - Schade and Schuster are on the grass doing light training, it is uncertain whether either will be available

Damsgaard and Collins are close too.

🦅 Crystal Palace - No updates today from Palace on whether Jean-Phillipe Mateta, Dean Henderson, Ben Chilwell or Takehiro Tomiyasu will make the trip to Brighton.

There's still time to assess before Sunday, was the line used.

🌃 Man City - Phil Foden returned to the matchday squad midweek following a three-match domestic ban.

No other team news from City, but the manager has hinted at rotation in the coming weeks.

🦁 Aston Villa - The club will make late checks on Ross Barkley and George Hemmings ahead of Aston Villa's trip to Newcastle, with the squad training this afternoon.
