MullVad Privacy browser & Firefox extension
If you didn't know already MullVad VPN is possibly the best VPN out there for true privacy, and i just noticed they've created a browser.
This is ideal In case you need to use services which don't allow the use of a VPN, you can now isolate any activity you want to keep private and secure by using MullVad Browser for such activities.
this is ideal for if you're doing controversial research and or just consuming content that the ministry of truth doesn't approve of...

Normally we'd stay clear of posting a video like this however it goes over the problem in a very detailed informative way.
Jordan Peterson makes a great 5 minute remark on the problems we're facing with big tech surveillance.
This video is incredibly useful for understanding the depth of the issue we face. It is a stark reminder of where we could end up if we continue to opt for convivence.
Here is the archived article;

PS. We are a-political, if you want to learn more about that, the channel linked there is full of information about the real solution and the problems with political action.

Malcolm Roberts warning us about this digital prison that's being rolled out.
This information needs to get around to as many people as possible.
Digital privacy is becoming more important than ever. The normalisation of carrying a super high tech surveillance device on you wherever you go that records every keystroke, activity, location and every habit it can is becoming dangerous.
This problem is what I am aiming to address with my organisation, FTS.
I sell phones specially designed with all that unwanted spyware removed so you can still function but without the constant feeling of being listened to and tracked.
Send me a message: https://t.me/m/iQ_V83u4NWQx

For any of you tech pioneers out there, here is a big list of awesome decentralised apps that run on IPFS
https://awesome.ipfs.tech/#apps
One App that stood out to me was https://tryquiet.org/
it is a like a community chat group that is truly private.
for those who've never heard of IPFS,
IPFS (Interplanetary File System) is a decentralized, peer-to-peer file sharing system that allows you to store and access data without relying on a central server and developers who see the value in that make apps such as Anytype that use IPFS rather than a centralised server.

I just found an old article that (unsurprisingly) reveals Google employees are able to listen to your conversations through Google Home and Google Assistant devices, including ones that were never meant to be recorded. Your private moments might not be as private as you think.
Keep in mind literally every android device runs google assistant and Google apps as part of the OS itself with system-level permissions.

Interestingly the site with a timeline of Google's Terrible track record was taken down recently.
it is only visible on the web archive now:

Very insightful read if anyone wants a little bit of Google's not-so-trustworthy history.

I'm hearing that my latest newsletter was censored by Gmail...
A few people have reported it landed in their spam folder,
(Despite me spending many hours designing the template and a whole day writing it.)
Probably because i talked about a few things you're not allowed to know about. 🙄
Another reason to move away from google apps!
If you've subscribed to my email newsletter, and it magically lands in the spam folder, i would really appreciate it if you could mark it as "Not Spam",
This improves the chances of people receiving them in the future.
