Alhamdulillah! Generous Donations Help Sponsor Brothers for Islamic Conference

We are incredibly grateful to announce that we have received a phenomenal 81 donations, totaling an amazing ₱154,640.69! Donations ranged from as little as ₱3.00.

Thanks to your generosity, we have been able to sponsor a total of 16 brothers. Additionally, a total of 25 brothers (including the sponsored brothers) will be traveling to attend the Islamic conference in Indonesia In Shā Allāh. ✈️

May Allāh reward all those who donated abundantly. May these contributions be a heavy weight on their scales of good deeds, a means for their sins to be forgiven, and a reason for their entrance into Jannah.

Jazākum Allāhu Khayra (جزاكم الله خيرا) for your kindness!

Dear brothers and sisters,

As you know, we have a few brothers studying overseas in the Islamic University of Madinah and in Jordan. These brothers do not have work and are either relying on the allowance given by the university or are being supported by someone.

To help them focus more on their studies and benefit our community upon their return, we have decided to hold a small fundraiser every 3 months. The raised amount will be distributed to our brothers studying overseas.

The deadline for the fundraiser for this 3-month period will be on June 01, 2024. Whatever amount you can donate, even as small as ₱1, will be greatly appreciated. As long as you donate sincerely, your reward will be great in the sight of Allah.

Jazakum Allahu Khairan for your support.

Assalaamu 'Alaykum Warahmatullaahi Wabarakatuhu

Jazaakumullaahu khayran.

Update as of July 10, 10:48AM.

Php1,702.00

Sa mga gustong tumulong, maari po ninyong ipadala sa gcash ni Akh Akhmad, 09057152450.

Jazākumullāhu khayran.

Allāh says about those who spend in His Way:

{ مَّثَلُ ٱلَّذِينَ يُنفِقُونَ أَمۡوَٰلَهُمۡ فِي سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ كَمَثَلِ حَبَّةٍ أَنۢبَتَتۡ سَبۡعَ سَنَابِلَ فِي كُلِّ سُنۢبُلَةٖ مِّاْئَةُ حَبَّةٖۗ وَٱللَّهُ يُضَٰعِفُ لِمَن يَشَآءُۚ وَٱللَّهُ وَٰسِعٌ عَلِيمٌ }
[Surah Al-Baqarah: 261]

Muhsin Khan and Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali:
The likeness of those who spend their wealth in the Way of Allâh, is as the likeness of a grain (of corn); it grows seven ears, and each ear has a hundred grains. Allâh gives manifold increase to whom He wills. And Allâh is All-Sufficient for His creatures’ needs, All-Knower.

On the left side, you can see a grain 🌾; out of it come 7 ears 🌽, and each ear has 100 grains 🌱.

So, a person who gives Sadaqah can earn up to 700 times what he has given, and not only that! Allāh will multiply more for whomever He wills— depending on the Ikhlās (sincerity) and the financial state of the one donating, as mentioned by Imām as-Sa‘dī رحمه الله

Therefore, I encourage our brothers and sisters to donate and aid our brother, even if it is 1 peso - which Allāh may multiply its reward up to 700 or even more.

أسأل الله أن ييسر أحوال أخينا.
