Dear Gagers and Valued Investors,

As GAG Token, we have officially entered the long-anticipated Merge process—a smart contract transition designed to strengthen our ecosystem, expand our global operations, and accelerate our development roadmap.

Despite completing all technical preparations on our end and issuing multiple official announcements, we regret to inform you that we have not received any technical or operational support from the Bitexen exchange.

However, in order to protect our users and prevent any disruption, we have developed an alternative roadmap.

🗓 Critical Date: June 3, 2025 – 13:30 (UTC+3)

A final snapshot (record of on-chain balances) will be taken at this exact time.

✅ What Should You Do?

🔹 If you hold GAG Tokens on your Bitexen account:
You must transfer your tokens to your personal MetaMask wallet by June 3, 2025 at 13:30 (UTC+3).
Users who complete this transfer on time will automatically receive the new GAG Tokens at a 1:1 ratio in their wallets after the Merge process—no further action required.

Everything will continue as normal. ✅

❗️ What If You Can’t Make the Transfer?
For users who are unable to transfer their tokens due to technical or other reasons, we have prepared a protective alternative process:

You must submit a request by June 3, 2025 at 13:30 (UTC+3) with proof of your attempt to purchase or transfer GAG Tokens via Bitexen.

Accepted documentation includes:
Screenshots, video recordings, or transaction history showing your balance or attempted transfers.

These submissions will be collected through an official form (to be provided by us) and carefully reviewed by our team.

Once approved, you will be asked to send your existing GAG Tokens to a specified address, and we will send the same amount of new GAG Tokens to your wallet.

🚫 Important Note:

Any GAG Token transfers made after June 3, 2025 at 13:30 (UTC+3) will not be considered valid.

For example, a transfer from Bitexen to your wallet on June 8 will not be processed.

Only balances at the exact time of the snapshot will be considered.

⏳ As this recovery process will be handled manually, it may take time.

For the fastest and smoothest experience, we strongly recommend that you transfer your GAG Tokens to your MetaMask wallet by June 3, 13:30.
