🇬🇧 Google's Pixel Notepad foldable device reportedly coming in the 4th quarter of 2022. Also, the dimensions of the foldable display will have similar size as Samsung Z Fold 4. But there is a difference in the cover display. The Z Fold 4 will have a 6.19″…
Google has once again postponed the launch of its first foldable smartphone, the Pixel Notepad.
Earlier rumors said the company was planning to launch sometime in the fourth quarter of this year, but now it has postponed the launch again. People familiar with the matter said the postponement is likely due to the fact that the product isn't as complete as Google would like it to be.
Earlier, Nexplus, a South Korean supplier of hinges for Samsung Display panels, all but confirmed that it plans to produce hinges for the 7.57-inch folding screen (that is, Google's screen) at its plant in Yesan. According to interlocutors, the company has also held talks with Samsung Display on this project.
We will most likely see the device sometime in 2023.

Here's what Gboard will look like on foldable devices.
The folks at the Rboard Themes channel were able to activate the "Split Keyboard" look of Gboard, which is designed for foldable devices.
They also provided flags that can be activated with the Rboard app (root). They recommend using them only on tablets, because on regular devices the layout is broken and only works properly in landscape mode (4th picture).

Google Nest Hub finally lets you have a clock with the date on your homescreen
Reddit user u/BrandonYeo spotted that Google has now introduced the date above the clock in the bottom left-hand corner on the Nest Hub’s homescreen.
Previously, you’ve not been able to have both the date and the time displayed at the same time while using the popular Photo Frame homescreen that cycles through highlights from your Google Photos.
