The Settings Services app that comes with Android 15 Beta 4 has hinted at a new "Charging optimization" feature. When enabled, the phone will only charge to 80%, potentially extending battery lifespan.
In addition, this page will allow you to toggle between the existing Adaptive Charging and Limit to 80%. The feature will be found under Settings / Battery, but is currently not available to users by default.
