If you're on Android 11 (or above), are using the correct folder but can't load configs, you probably need to give GCam permissions to access all files.

This step is now a requirement due to the new storage access restrictions introduced by Android 11.

Go to your Android settings → Apps → Google Camera → Permissions → Files and Media access and select "Allow management of all files".

(Different Android skins use different names, but essentially check the permissions of the GCam app and allow it to access all files on your storage.)

Regarding the OnePlus Nord 2:

To work well, GCam needs a Snapdragon processor. The Nord 2 uses MediaTek.

AVOID MediaTek if you want to use GCam mods.
