- Executing financial analyses and conducting finance-related transactions.

Junior Operations Lead

VEL is a premium utopian tech-forward work cafe for the 21st century to usher the world's transition to a new flexible era of work.

📌 What will you do?

- Complete clerical and administrative tasks.
- The team has 50-70 meetings per week, you’ll need to ensure the circulation of notes and agenda, send follow-up emails after the meetings, create action points from voice notes, Slack messages or the transcription of meeting notes.
- Assist the Operations Manager in daily management
- Place inventory and supply orders as required
- Work on Monday.com.
- Cooperate with different departments to improve business operations.
- Manage the manager’s schedules - you will manage a calendar, prioritize tasks, schedule meetings, etc.

- Fluency in the English language
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong business acumen - you are keen on and quick in understanding and dealing with a business situation (risks and opportunities) in a manner that will lead to a good outcome.
