· Ensures that service colleagues are knowledgeable on both food and beverage menus
· Ensures perfect environment/communication at the outlet between culinary and service team.
· Communicates and executes departmental and property emergency procedures and ensures staff are trained in safety procedures
· Ensuring and Providing Exceptional Customer Service
· Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
· Responds to and handles guest problems and complaints
· Adheres to and reinforces all standards, policies and procedures .

QUALIFICATIONS
Associate’s degree or higher in hotel and restaurant management a plus
