We are looking for a young, passionate and talented Assistant restaurant manager for Cafe Belge at The Ritz Carlton DIFC.

Applicants must already hold an Assistant Manager role is a similar luxury establishment.

The Ideal candidate shall meet the below criteria:

- Excellent reading, written and oral proficiency in English
- Experienced in all aspects of restaurant service
- High degree of professionalism, sound human resources management capabilities, business acumen, energy and determination
- Proven organizational skills, able to set and meet deadlines with quality results.
