We are looking for a receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis, greet clients and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Responsibilities
· Greeting and hosting clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
· Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
· Announcing clients as necessary.
· Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting visitor cards as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
· Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, -faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
· Booking and preparing meeting rooms.
· Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
· Performing administrative duties.
· Sorting and distributing mail and packages.
· Provide excellent customer service.
· Scheduling appointments.
· Performing clerk tasks and document filing.
Requirements
· Should customer service and Hospitality experience
· Minimum 3 years of experience.
· Excellent communication skills.
