Job Role:
 
Drive ERP implementation in the group in budgeted timelines and costs. Provide domain expertise with regard to software, hardware, IT infrastructure, telecom, and networking deployed in the organization for smooth ERP implementation.
 
Requirement:
Qualification: B.E/ B. Tech in IT/Computer Science Engineering or MCA
Cisco or Microsoft certifications (MCSE or CCIE) would be desirable.
Minimum10 to 12 years experience in a corporate environment successfully implementing ERP systems using Microsoft Dynamics AX
especially in continuous process manufacturing industry and also a trading company

 Responsibilities:
 Oversee and manage ERP implementation in budgeted timelines and cost.
 Ensure that all ERP-related business risks are understood and mitigated. Prepare project  plan  and coordinates with  all  Stakeholders  to  ensure  go  live  date  is adhered to utilize best  practices  and  methodologies to  design  and implement  Microsoft  AX  in the group.
 Complete project documentation such as : Functional requirement document, Functional customization specifications, User acceptance test scripts, and  End-user training documentation.
 Perform gap analysis from requirements gathering to the solution proposed.
 Lead  all  tasks  related  to  feature  testing,  solution  testing, and  user  acceptance testing
 Perform end  user  training and  provide  application  support  for  all  users/departments across the group.
 Work with  management  to  keep  the  ERP  project  on  schedule  and  recommend needed action to meet deadlines.
 Train   and   mentor   department   level   coordinators/champions   for   smooth   ERP Implementation.
 Map and study all business processes and ensure business best practices/processes are followed
Have seamless liaison and coordination with  ERP  implementation partner to ensure on-time delivery.
