Front Desk Officer - Receptionist!
Location: Media City Dubai, UAE

Front Desk Officer - Receptionist performs various duties, tasks, and responsibilities as shown in the job description example below

Job Description:
- Coordinate the activities of the reception & administrative team
- Ensure that every phone call is handled in a courteous & professional manner & that all visitors are appropriately attended to
- Liaise with suppliers to effect the ordering and distribution of items required by firm, mostly on a weekly basis
- Ensure that the entry desk premises are kept tidy and clean at all times. Ensure the maintenance of the front office, entrance foyer, staff area, and board room
- Ensure records are kept properly so that they can be easily retrieved for review when needed by relevant personnel
- Perform general office duties such as process mail, ship material, duplicate and fax documents, order supplies and equipment, arrange for equipment repair, handle petty cash, keep kitchen stocked

Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Front Desk Officer / receptionist in any hospitality or real estate industry
- Fluent in English (Arabic will be a plus point)
- Young & smart personality
- 3 - 5 years of experience mandatory
