Welcome all again, so after all the offline classes which I had to take of various batches including JPSC officers, we begin our class from tonight... I will discuss ४-५ topics tonight and how to tackle them from mains perspective

And read more but from less sources

And keep a habit of writing

Dearest Students / Friends / Brothers and sisters

There has been a lot of things that were going around in personal / professional life that I had to miss out on doing the thing that gives me the biggest pleasure.

The health, work, family all dimensions were being on war front and I apologize for not doing enough this year! Inertia of not being updated with content also played it's part.

However १० days i will try doing value addition to ones giving mains this year and yes happy teacher's day to all of you as well as in some form or other we all learn from each other 👏👏🙏🙏🙏

How to write good Answer

- A short definition in terms of diagrams / mathematical equation

- Jumping to some numbers from some report

- Adding the frameworks and 4-5 keywords / heavy words

- working on more dimensions than depth and using some figures and maps

- Quoting the source of report ( Budget 2020-21)

- Good practices in India / World

- Bill / Policy

- A quote to end

- A positive outlook in answer

The problem with me have been that i have been assigned multiple roles ( additional charges) of multiple depts, where DC sir feels we are lagging, me and my team who works with 2.5x efficiency are roped in. And we still have not lost the academic competitive touch... 😁😄

The problem with people like me is we have a lot of vision to do good work and अंदर की आग अभी भी जल रही, काम करने का कीडा अभी भी है, अच्छा करने से किक मिलती है और इस सर्विस में मेरे आने का सोच अपना अलग है। शायद माँ पिताजी के संस्कार हैं कि जुनून नहीं जाता काम करने का।

कई लोग को आप सुनते होंगे की आने के बाद सर्विस में काम करने का मौका नहीं मिलता ,की अच्छी टीम नहीं मिलती पर हमारे साथ ऐसा नहीं हुआ। हम लोगों ने अपनी टीम को बिल्ड किया है। हमें अच्छा कार्यालय नहीं मिला था तुमसे भी अच्छा करने में दिव्यांग लोगों के अनुरूप करने में आईएसओ सर्टिफाइड बनाने में बड़ी मेहनत लगी है। इसमें कहीं ना कहीं पढ़ाना पीछे छूट गया। आगे भी जरूरी नहीं समय मिलेगा ही परंतु इतना भी मिलेगा mains से पहले पढ़ आऊंगा जरूर

आप सबके समक्ष अपनी टीम को कुछ अच्छे कार्यों को रखूंगा इसीलिए आप ऐसा ना सोचे की लोग काम नहीं करते। हमारे उपायुक्त महोदय हम से भी ज्यादा कार्य करते हैं। बहुत सारे ऐसे लोग हैं जो अच्छा कार्य कर रहे हैं और हमने उन सब से सीखना है प्रेरणा लेनी है और अपने देश के प्रति और अच्छा कार्य करना है। अगर सच्चे श्रद्धा से आप परीक्षा में बैठेंगे तो निश्चित तौर पर बेहतर परिणाम आएंगे। मन में छल या कोई और भाव होगा तो शायद कभी-कभी ऊपर वाला हमें अच्छे परिणाम से वंचित करता है। इसलिए मन को साफ रखें और पूरी मोमेंटम के साथ तैयारी करें। नेगेटिव आइडिया को अपने अंदर प्रवेश ना करने दें। आप एग्जाम दूसरों के लिए नहीं दे रहे स्वयं के लिए दे रहे हैं हमेशा याद रखें। और ऐसे कई लोग हैं जिन्होंने पहले भी बहुत संघर्ष के साथ इस परीक्षा को निकाला है तो कहने का यह तात्पर्य आप पहले हैं ना आप आखरी होंगे ना आप का संघर्ष सबसे कम होगा ना आपका सबसे अधिक आप उस दौर से गुजर रहे हैं, लोग पहले भी गुजरे हैं

तो मेहनत करते रहिये
